Rickmores Electrical Reviews

I called rickmoors to see if they had a dishwasher in stock that I needed to collect that day.
They had one, I paid over the phone and in around twenty minutes collected it.
They were very quick and efficient.
Full Mark's to rickmoors.

I am pleased with our purchase of fridge from Rickmores electrical, we like to purchase from family run business when ever possible, and purchase local, customer service is always better, delivery was promt and easy to book.

Purchasing from Rickmores was easy, with good advice being given. Delivery was quick and on time, and the washing machine set up with minimum fuss. They also took away the old broken appliance, and I’d go there again for new goods.

Absolutely brilliant. Couldn't be happier. New Fridge/Freezer quickly and expertly installed. Have dealt with Rickmores for many years and always received friendly and courteous approach. Thank you from Grace.

We find Rickmores very helpful when buying electric items.and they give advice

Ordered my new oven from Rickmores recently. They weren't sure when stock would be in (one to three weeks). Got a call Thursday and was given a time slot for installation on Friday. I explained that I was looking after my young granddaughter and would maybe have to take her out. I was first call at 9 am and the old oven was taken away and the new installed within about half an hour. Very pleased, no mess and job done efficiently.

All good thanks. Great communication. Efficient delivery and installation. Can't praise enough

Our 30 year old panasonic upright hoover had a cracked baseplate and we were offered the chance of a repair by Rickmores on payment of £15 deposit. Unfortunately after waiting a week we were informed it was not repairable. The salesperson seemed very knowledgable and we purchased a new Sebo model, with our repair deposit deducted. Excellent service.

The service at Rickmores was excellent. The washing machine I chose was in stock, delivered and installed the following day and the old machine disconnected and taken away.
Great local service.
