Terrible Rental Experience - Avoid this company!!!
Terrible company with no communication with either tenants or property owners. Extremely unprofessional Property Manager who doesn’t return calls or respond to emails. The house needed multiple repairs that took months to fix due to no response from the company.
It’s just taken 3.5 months to get my bond released and only after I sent multiple emails, called REIWA, spoke with the Principal of River and Sea and finally, as a last resort, rang the owners who were mortified as they didn’t realise bond had not been released. WORST customer experience. Extremely disappointed with the way this company treated me especially given I was paying $1000 per week in rent for 2 years and was a very good tenant.
