Having problems removing screws for the side panel of a synology NAS, the team were friendly, helpful and had it done in minutes and wouldnt even accept any payment for it. Will def use again if I have any computer issues.

I’ve used this company a number of times over the years. I’ve always found them fair in their assessments of faults and pricing. The subsequent repairs always successful. Today they fixed a minor issue on an iPad for nothing. They don’t know me from Adam and could quite properly have made a minimal charge.
To me that demonstrates an integrity which can be quite rare these days .

Took my laptop for repair but when it came back it was crashing daily. Let them repair it again and the same thing happened. Took it somewhere else who repaired it, and told me they would not have done what this company did, i.e. clone an unstable laptop, so I sent them the bill but they refused to pay it leaving me hugely out of pocket.

We dropped out computer in today for repair. Thinking it needed a new motherboard. It was only software. Repaired in an hour or so.
Really nice people to deal with.

Excellent service to replace a broken home key on iPhone. They established it wasn't the home key that was broken it, the screen had got wet

I bought my original tower PC probably way back in 2006 and RL Supplies have upgraded it over the years. This time round it needed a new graphics card.
Richard dialled in remotely and tried to upgrade the drivers but sadly this did not work. So I took the PC in on Friday and he fixed it within an hour. I was so happy as I could then do my photography course on Saturday morning which included post processing on Photoshop.

I have been shopping at RL Supplies for 15+years. Great service, friendly people, lovely owners. I would gladly recommend them to anyone. They can build amazing custom PC's, repair laptops, PC's and tablets, upgrade old machines, can run backups, recoveries etc and give great advice and guidance.

On occasion (if I see a deal), I have bought elsewhere, but tbh I always end up regretting it when I don't use them! because unlike other providers 'RL Supplies' do actually have great product knowledge and know what they are doing and they actually sell you tried an tested products that work! They don't just ship you some crappy product, that they have never seen or used before and that's been shipped directly from the other end of the world!

I've been a customer of theirs for many years and have bought hundreds of items from them. They are small family run business and unlike other providers they actually have a shop front and real people!

For me I've always received a great service, affordable prices and great support from trustworthy and reliable staff! Thats why I keep going back to them!

Order was left at back door by royal mail unknown to me,it was there for three days before I realised what had happened. If I had been provided with a tracking number this would not have occured.

RL Supplies builds to order or you can select standard packages. You deal with people who know the products and are not just salesmen. I ordered a standard package PC and it was delivered very well packed in under a week. Two criticisms - there is no field on the website to order variations or additions to the standard modules and Open Office was not loaded as I requested. Otherwise all is good and I would certainly recommend the company as I and friends have used them over the years to good effect. My previous PC from them lasted eleven years so the components used are good quality.
