This company is worst management company I have ever dealt with. Raised several complaints with them but no one ever replies or puts in effort into fixing any issues. They close the case without providing updates and complaints are not looked into at all.
So I have now decided to get together with other residents in the building to take severe action against this company.
Our building is recognized as HIGH RISK and yet this is taking months to deal with.The residents have now decided to involve the Local MP and the council as the developer and management company are not serious about getting this resolved leaving us at high risk .
I would not recommend their service . Its a complete waste of money.
30.03.26 - UPDATE: Its been a week since sending RMG my personal details and chasing RMG again by email , yet no further progress on the case. My review above is absolutely confirming of poor service from this firm. I would not recommend this company at all, Avoid at all cost.

Joke of a company- very high fees, unable to provide clear invoices for charges. Avoid at all costs!

I phoned Karan Patel at RMG about a second leak in 2 years from the flat above. He was super helpful and managed to get hold of the landlord within 15 minutes. He solved my problem quickly and efficently and in a friendly way. Best customer service outcome i’ve had in years.
