Great service

Very pleased with my purchase. Have bought before from robinsons shoes. Will do again in the future.

Very happy with the service in every way.

Bought a pair of loaded over Xmas. Paid on 28th Decemeber. Informed on 4th January they were out of stock. Asked for a refund on 5th January. As of today 18th January I still have not had my refund. They owe me close to £200. When they answer the phone they promise me it's being done. Am now forced to take legal action.
Avoid like the plague.

I ordered and paid for my shoes on 2nd Jan, only to be advised on 11th they were discontinued and no longer available, I didn't think this was possible with an online ordering system? In requesting a refund (as opposed to ordering an alternative style) by return, Its now the 18th and no refund has been received, so It will be 3 weeks or very close to that I have remained out of pocket.

A bit disappointing, it won't stop me from purchasing from Robinsons in the future though.

I purchased the Barker Dowd /tweed shoe and I was amazed at how well crafted these shoes are. Photos on the website are very representative of this shoe,and they wear as good as they look. Well worth the price !

Bought a pair of Loake Eton on line and wasn't disappointed. While my initial order was delayed due to a lack of stock Robinson's Customer Service's dept kept me up to date with the progress of my order. When stock did become available it was dispatched without delay and I promptly took delivery of my shoes the following day.
Overall, 100% satisfied with the service and quality of product provided by Robinson's; I will return to them again and will without hesitation be recommending them to others.

My shoes were delayed, and Robinson's staff was exceptional in the way they handled it.
Problems do happen, but the important thing is how you deal with it. They did what they promised and communication was timely.

I was fortunate to stumble across this company a few years ago. Service is outstanding. Never a problem with delivery to the US. Prices very reasonable. Best thing however is their own in-house line of handmade brogues. Best shoes I have ever had. No question.

placed an order on 28th December and paid via paypal.
Web site showed my size in stock and took my payment in full.

They Emailed me on 4th January saying they had no stock.
I requested a full refund.
They seem to take 4 days to respond to emails
Now January 12th still no refund.
Would I use again no chance
Refund received Today 13th January.

As to the Barker shoes, they're nothing short of fantastic!! Wonderful craftsmanship of the highest quality, and the style and construction actually makes the foot look more slender and dainty than I expected. I'm so happy, I've purchased a second pair from Robinson Shoes.
