We at RWT understand watches are precious both as a purchase and when it comes to their sentimental value. We have a strict and fine-tuned policy when processing watches prior to resale. If any work is required, we will send the watch straight to the manufacturer for service and/or replacement parts. This gives us and our clients the peace of mind that the physical condition, function and history are at an exceptional level. This process is expensive, but we embrace the standards set with years of investment, research and development by the manufacturer and we always look to adhere to the same. This ensures in our knowledge that our clients will receive a truly special product.
Our customers quickly understand and appreciate our "here to help" rather than "here to buy/sell" approach once you engage with us. Great experience
I got in touch with Asil after seeing a well priced Rolex online. My experience was 10/10 from start to finish. No hard sell, great communication and Asil worked around my tricky time scales to make it work for me. And I couldn’t be happier with the watch.
I will be staying in touch with the team as I plan my next purchase. Thx Joe

Fantastic service
Fantastic service, wouldn’t hesitate in recommending RWT, I had been searching for a specific 16700 GMT Master for several solid months and couldn’t find a suitable piece internationally so had to increase my search value and fortunately found what was confirmed as a remarkable complete set at RWT and after several exchanges in comms pulled the trigger and following day the most gorgeous 16700 arrived, so happy that RWT also matched my expectations…Thanks Asil

Terrific company
Terrific company, always a pleasure dealing with Sil at RWT, a wide range of watches for buyers including some very hard to find pieces, and a great, fast and fair service for sellers. Couldn’t recommend highly enough, in fact I have recommended RWT, many times.

Good Rolex People To Deal With
All round these are good Rolex people to do business with, I have bought and resold with them and I found the purchase price was good value and the resale was competitive. They take things seriously and make a real effort to keep to timescales and donor commitments. I would certainly deal with them again. Thanks!
