Roller blind difficult to roll down…
Roller blind difficult to roll down (although rolls up ok!).
No instructions on how to install outside the recess.
Customer service agent difficult to understand.
Wouldn’t recommend or buy from these people again.

Ordered a replacement roller blind for our bathroom. Instructions on website on how to measure for blind are very clear and helpful. Order acknowledged and date given of expected despatch. Order received on time. Very happy with blind and will use Roller Blinds Direct again.

Took several weeks between placing the order and receiving the blind, but we were kept informed of timescales at intervals. The blind is good quality and exact to our measurements. Somewhat pricey.

Ordered day and night blinds on the Thursday and they arrived on the Tuesday : they were a perfect fit looked great and were easy to fit. Great quality at less than 50% of competitors prices . Wholly recommended
