Recently I bought a used Toyota from Ron Brooks Mansfield . The staff were helpful and considerate which made the whole transaction easy and comfortable. I would like to thank Richard for his efforts in making this possible - as a result I would be happy to re visit the dealer in the future to help with any other needs & purchases.

My 2019 Suzuki Ignis developed corrosion on the steel wheels, which were protected by wheel trims. I mentioned this when I took it back due to wheel noise for the second time in a few weeks.
The service manger inspected the wheels while in the workshop all day and concluded incorrectly they were rusting due to kerb damage. This was untrue. There was no kerb damage, only rust spots on the wheel trim protected wheel area.
I sent photos when I got home, which they then used to start a successful warranty claim with Suzuki.
They didn’t tell me they were doing this, I waited 5 days to chase them up. I left them a negative review on Facebook which they soon responded to via Facebook messenger saying it was very damaging and to give them a chance to investigate. 10 days later after starting their investigation they still haven’t got back to me despite me chasing.
The front wheels still are making a whining noise despite 2 days in the service department.

Bought a second hand fiat 500 and Rich could not have been more helpful. Communication was excellent at all times and collection went very smoothly. They ensured the car was perfect for the handover. Would recommend highly.

Bought a used Lexus from Richard Hales at Ron Brooks Toyota Mansfield. Communication was excellent all the way through and Richard was happy answering lots of questions prior to purchase and the handover process was straightforward and swift.

Booked a test drive start to complete took me 3 hrs I was suffocating in my mask!

Very slow service obvious! It was a trainee that service me, who took everything slowly I can understanding but detail of my vehicles (Reg no) provided to me was wrong, make it harder work when changing insurance .

Not the best price , didn’t lower the price at all since I pay in full. So I would said nothing special when Ron brook Mansfield.

Steve Williams at Mansfield Ron Brooks, was so helpful from the very first phone call to the actual sale of the Aygo. He was honest about a few of the cars we were looking at and trying initially keeping in our budget, but once my wife saw the car and we was able to up the deposit, everything was taken care of paperwork to picking up the car. Would definitely recommend. No pushy sales or upselling.

Very pleased with my little Yaris. Staff were very helpful ,we live quite a long way from Ron Brooks so Steve kindly sent me close up pictures of minor scratches which all came out when they valeted the car ,which was done to a high standard. Also was given a full tank of petrol which was really good .Would highly recommend this company, very good customer service and reasonable prices. Thankyou 😃😃

They refused a warranty repair saying my dash camera was too powerful and tried to sell me a £250 camera I checked the voltage output on my camera guess what it’s the same as there camera, blatant liars avoid at all cost people Don’t Buy Toyota !!!

We have Just taken delivery of a Suzuki swift szt auto, from Ron Brookes Suzuki the service we have received from initial enquiry to delivery has been a very different experience during this lockdown period but I commend the sales staff especially Brent for their management of our order, purchase and handover of our new car all carried out over the phone and covid safe.we are very happy with our car and will be back again in the future

I always take my car to Ron Brooks at Ilkeston, they make everything easy and straightforward, today was no exception and there was the customary level of care and courtesy that is their hallmark.
They have also taken every precaution regarding COVID precautions, I felt safe and reassured while I was there.
