I have recently bought my Toyota yaris from Ron brooks in Mansfield and Mark was a lovely guy who wasn't pushy and was so caring and professional. I liked the fact that he involved my children in the conversations. After sales service has been absolutely great too. Would definitely go back again.

We have just exchanged our Toyota Yaris for a newer model at Ron Brooks in Mansfield. What excellent service! Amanda Webster took us through the whole process - from selecting a vehicle to completing the deal. Buying a car is a lengthy and rather complex business and has the potential to be very daunting. However, Amanda led us through the process with courtesy and consideration. It is clear from our dealings with her that she has a sound grasp of her business and is able to communicate the details of the process in a clear, comprehensible manner. She inspires confidence! We didn't feel under pressure to accept or buy anything at anytime. It was made clear what the options were and left to make any decision we chose.
We have been immensely impressed with our dealings with Ron Brooks Mansfield and in particular with Amanda. We do not hesitate in recommending this company to anyone in the market for a new car.

I collected a new Suzuki Vitara from Ron Brooks at their Mansfield Depot last week,and cannot give enough praise for their attention to every detail.I live in Newark where we have no Suzuki Dealership,so after contacting other Suzuki dealers in the vicinity found Ron Brooks to be the most helpful.A call to Rob Sanchez quickly established i was dealing with a proffessional who had all the information to hand to advise me the best way forward for my situation.The sales team arranged a quick demonstration,and very soon after i placed my order.The vehichle was ready for collection on time,and beautifully presented.Since my purchase i have needed extra advice on after sales service etc,and even on Robs day off always a prompt e mail.I would recommend this establishment to any one who wants top service when buying a car.

I had been browsing on line for a new vehicle but had not found one which “ticked the boxes”.So when I found one at Ron Brooks, Mansfield, I knew I had to go and see it. I was introduced to Steve who guided me around the vehicle before stepping back, so allowing me to explore the vehicle myself. Then the inevitable happened...this was the one I really wanted- it was a good price and ticked “all the boxes”plus many more! Then the nerves kicked in, I had never brought a vehicle at this level before, had so many questions. No need for nerves! Steve was absolutely brilliant, with his knowledge and expertise. He was able to put me at ease and by using clear and informative terminology, he answered all my queries and more I hadn’t even thought of. His relaxed yet professional mannerism was greatly beneficial. Throughout the whole process Steve maintained an excellent customer care, updating me on each stage.Nothing was to much trouble. After care was equally of the same high standard, with Amy ensuring I was efficiently well looked after and accommodating to my work demands. Overall my recent experience with Ron Brooks was excellent. Everyone I came in contact with was friendly yet displayed professionalism . If you’re looking for a non pushy yet professional car buying experience, I would highly recommend you pay Ron Brooks a visit.

Fantastic service from Ron Brooks Suzuki in Mansfield. Recently bought a new Suzuki Swift and Rob Sanchez took us through the process which was straight forward and stress free. Nothing was too much trouble, Rob was very helpful and knowledgable and kept us up to date with everything. Absolutely first class service. Thanks Rob!

Ron Brooks Ilkeston, have kept me on the road now for 7 years with my trusty Auris T180. Excellent service, excellent polite staff, good competitive prices. Alison, Tom, Chris and Lee, top notch. Any issues, and I do mean any, they sort me out. They always have a curtesy car available for me when I take my car in for it’s service and M.O.T, they sorted me out when someone went into the back of me, and I needed a new bumper.
