They workman used the side of my garage as a toilet. Clearly have no respect for people’s property.
I was actually wanting a new front door, windows, gutters, soffits and a conservatory at another property but having the workman use my garage as a toilet, I won’t allow them near my property again.
When I rang to complain, she wanted video showing him holding it as proof. Wow.

Totally unprofessional !

Inappropriate language was not used, I said what you want me to send you a picture of him holding his manhood? I was shocked that you would even ask for that.
Let’s get real. I never heard of your company until your leaflet drop and had your man not set off the security camera alarm off, to inform me that someone was at my garage, I would not of looked to see who was at my garage, as where my garage is situated, there is no need for anyone to be near my garage and there was your man, short dark hair, glasses, tattoo on his forearm like a half sleeve, wearing a t. Shirt with your logo, as I zoomed in to look, which then made me look at the leaflet that came through my door, hence I knew who decided that urinating on my property was an appropriate thing to do.
You can try and blame me as much as you like, but YOUR EMPLOYEE choose to use my property as a toilet and you know what, you would of got a lot further if you had got him to
apologise, instead you have taken this stance of trying to make excuses.
If your man had not done what he had done, I would of actually of rang you as I am currently having work done on another property and was looking at having a lot of work done, but now,I would absolutely not have your company on my property, as you clearly find this behaviour acceptable.

You clearly think that people randomly pick your company’s name to ring up to say your man is using their property as a toilet.

Mike Madden visited our property to give us an idea on price! His friendly and "knows his onions" approach was truly remarkable. Mike explained everything simply but so thorough. We usually take our time to "chew things over" but everything felt right and so made decision there and then. We have had clear instructions on the way and can honestly say so far it been a pleasure. So looking forward to seeing it all complete and have Faith we won't be disappointed. Many thanks Mike for all your help and guidance, much appreciated 🙏

Windows and a rear door fitted.

Triple glazing, to my mind is the way to go, an excellent set of products.

Staff were all exceptionally professional and friendly, they couldn't be more friendly or helpful.

The company's communications were very useful, via phone, emails and messages.

The fitter, (C), was brilliant, turned up early, worked hard all day, each day. I have to say I was really impressed with his skill and handywork. Kept the debris to a minimum, cleaned up after himself every day. A friendly, affable and highly skilled fitter, a credit to Roofriendly!

I highly recommend the company, the product appears to be of an excellent quality. Looks really good, and enhances our house kerb appeal. Brilliant!

Waiting for our new door and 2 windows but so far the service has been excellent from rep Tim who had to spend quite some time finding a door that A would fit and B that I liked ,to Graeme the surveyor who managed to find a solution to my odd sized door and a couple of things that hadn't occurred to me ,So I'm looking forward to my new door and will be back to review the finished job

They came to my door, cold calling, I was interested in having a whole porch built. An appointment was made. They never turned up. I called them and they apologised. Another appointment was made and a nice bloke called Eric came round in April on good Friday. He measured up and took my design and said he will get back to me shortly. Its now August and I've given up waiting for a quote. Never heard from them again.

Good service from start to finish . Sale person listened and was not pushy .
Fitter Ashley was absolutely excellent took his time very respectful of our property and a perfectionist in the door fitting .He left our home clean and tidy .Thank you

First class company . fitted windows last year in my 19 30s semi detached house highly trained friendly fitters did a brilliant job even though older homes can be more tricky to do .! had builders in to complete internal renovations and whilst doing so damaged a window handel by snapping a key off in the lock .contacted the firm said its not a problem even though I don't think it was covered by the guarantee sent repair man jack out who solved problem in 2 minutes with a smile on his face . Proper firm run by Proper people 👏

He was on time and very precise, also explained everything very clearly. Answered all my questions.

The fitter was absolutely delightful. Prompt, friendly and reliable. As for the windows, they are just brilliant and expertly fitted. The house feels brighter and much more comfortable. Even in the very warm weather, the triple glazing keeps the temperature down. As for the appearance, they just look so much better than our old windows. Thank you Roofriendly!

Very impressed with Graham, who came to take all the measurements and discuss design options and limitations, professional polite and extremely knowledgeable, covered every detail and left me feeling confident I have chosen the right company and team to carry out the work.

The fitters were friendly and polite. The best thing about the whole experience...they put down coverings on the stairs and lounge carpet, cleaned up when they had finished. I cannot praise them enough. The date stated maybe wrong as they did my whole house

We had a visit this morning from Rob Moore to give us a free quote. He showed us the type of windows that you fit. He was very helpful and gave us all the information that we needed. Thankyou Rob for all your help.

We needed adjustment to one of our doors on our conservatory - we called and Jack came by within the week.- and fixed it. He was very helpful.. I told him that we were very pleased with both the workmanship and quality of both our conservatory we bought several years ago- and our last purchase -a lovely front door. I would highly recommend Roofriendly to anyone.

Originally I was just going to have my windows replaced but the service was so good I decided to go ahead and get my doors done as well. Staff at Roofriendly are polite, always happy to help and very professional. I normally feel very uncomfortable having strangers in the house doing work but it felt very easy with these guys especially Ashley who was absolutely lovely and did a fabulous job
