Took money out of account for no reason
Took £20 out of my kids card account so put it into a negative balance my son went to pay for something in a store with his card but the payment didn't go through because had negative balance because NatWest rooster took the £20. Contacted them about this and they admit it is an error on there part but will not put the £20 back into the account my son's card has now had a negative balance for over 2 days so he has not been able to use it. Absolutely disgusting behaviour from this company

Natwest Rooster is the best
It is simple and easy to use. Managing my kids spending helps them to understand budgeting and they only use their debit cards when necessary. They are learning about saving not frivolous spending especially on games like Fortnite, Roblox and Brawlstars.

Great for children!
It's a great account for my children who are 7 and 8. They save their spending money and buy things as and when they want to. Its great for teaching kids money management. My children actually save more then they spend and you can limit what they spend and save money for them. I also like the fact they can have the app on their tablets to see what they have in their account!

Simple and straightforward to use for nothing kids and adults alike. I like the options to boost funds for completing chores etc. I got my stairs hoovered yesterday for 45 minutes at £2 later.
