They help to give a personalised service which is tailored to your individual needs, which is difficult to get from the other corporate organisations I previously dealt with. My partner and I recently rented a property through Rosewood Estates and are super happy with our experience. Sameer was really professional and helpful throughout the process - from arranging two viewings to make sure we were comfortable making an offer to checking in on us once we had moved in. I had a great experience with rosewood states, specifically with one of their workers, Allayen Leong Tan, which has and still is the best agent I have ever had the pleasure of communicating with. He really cares about your necessities, and is quick to help you in case of an emergency or a simple enquiry. He doesn't forget you once you start living in a property he found for you. Simply great!
