I bought a shoe from this company after seeing a glamorous shoe advert online. First of all, it took about 10 days for the shoes to arrive. Secondly, when it came, it looked like a toy. Definitely a budget and funny looking shoe. It doesnt look anything glamorous like the advert. Lastly it came in small size. Even though I ordered size 9 what came to me looked like size 7. I am keeping the shoe because online reviews show that getting a refund is dificult and I dont want to go through another painful experience.

Absolutely furious that what you see on the website bares no resemblance to what you get. Poor quality fabric, stitching is a joke, handles not the right colour and looks awful.

im telling you all do not buy from this company, say theyre from"london" when they are not , quality of the clothes is shocking, material is nowhere near a good standard, waited upwards up of a month for the clothes to come just to get an appaling set of clothes.Really dont understand how this company is allowed. Been absouletely scammed of 50 quid

Would give 0 stars if I could. Ordered 28th August with a 9 day estimated delivery for daughter’s birthday. It is now 17th September with no order and no reply for the 6 times I have tried to contact them.

This company is a scam shop do not buy anything of this. My husband bought me a tracksuit for my birthday and it never came and they aren’t answering any email or nothing an absolute joke

I ordered a pair of trainers on 31/08/2026 as a gift and when queried today by recipient for not being delivered yet, checked the order status on SHOP App and observe the order has still not been processed or dispatched today as at 15:00 09/09/2026. Order Number Order #1081. I have emailed for remedial action Urgently and unless they respond will ensure the issue is made more available on social media etc as a DO NOT PLACE ORDER situation. UPDATE - Website blocked by Antivirus software. SCAM - DO NOT BUY. Reported to Fraud and Trading Standards

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!! SCAM!! Items not as described. Took ages to come. Took ages to reply back to me. Apparently it costs £20-£30 to return a dress to London? Only offered me a 10% refund when I paid £60 for an item I can not use! Absolute joke. I want my money back!

BEWARE... SCAM.

These are intentionally On Cloud look-a-like trainers exported from China. They are cheap / worthless and the cost of returning them is disproportionate. They prey on your impulse of seeing what appears to be a great price. They would be if they were ‘On Cloud’. Buy at your own peril.

Ordered ladies sandals on 5th July received email saying on the way. It's now 1st August no information about delivery. Have sent 2 emails no reply. Tried to track it just saying No Order. Don't waste your time with this company just waste of your money.

Rosie styler London it’s totally fraud & cheating 😡I did place the Oder with Apple Pay they charged me 2 time and send only one set .😡so many times email to them But response.👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻kindly Naver pay this Fake company they cheated customers , even not expect their Mistake no tracking number sending nothing , steeler Steel the Money in Account because First payment went by Appale Pay , I m telling you , please be aware and naver done payment by Apple Pay because it’s totally Fraud, I have all proofs which I had so many times to email them.😡😡😡😡But not responding even not Money refund.

Well what can I say about this company apart from they are shocking they say 5 in 1 but have to pay for the curlers so took £19 out of my bank I called my bank and they said I have payed for a subscription which I never did ended up cancelling my bank card because of this to stop them from doing it again. Also found it it’s from Hong Kong. When it came the packaging was ok but when I opened it you could tell it was cheap plastic. More £20 to £30 not over £50. I reported to trading standards so hopefully this will stop them. They use fake reviews too. Wish I looked on here before I brought them but hey you live and learn.

Scam!!!🚫🚫🚫Average quality product. They advertised £39 for 5 in 1 styler. But they charged extra an £14 without authorization on my card as subscription for the curler attachments which was supposed to be included in the original item. The customer care said only 3 attachments were included in the original and the extra payment was for the curlers. They also booked it as 2 separate orders, but when I received the item all 5 attachments were in the original packing. Their pricing is not transparent.
Also the website said next day delivery, but the item was delivered after 2 weeks stating "high amount of orders".
I was leaving the country in few days and wanted to get it before leaving but it was delivered after I left the country. They did not cancel the order as requested. I had to get it couriered to my country, costing me even more.
I wouldn't recommend this product or company!!!

Rosie London claim another victim! Completely fraudulent company all the images descriptions are wrong. The shoes are clearly cheap plastic the soul is moulded terribly. Why didn't I read the reviews first? I did see another review where they had also clicked on a link on Pinterest as I did.

Ordered a leather jacketa leather on there, waited 5 weeks for it to come.I wouldn't let my dogs sleep on it.Plastic try to email them.It bounces straight back.A friend ordered the Dr Martins boots.Nothing like then absolute shiite i thought tea moon was bad , but these are ridiculous

Bought some shoes that looked lovely. When they arrived, I noticed a horrible plastic smell when I opened the bag. The quality of the shoes was poor. Clearly, a bad copy of the product advertised. Trying to return but my emails to their support team fail to be delivered.

I’m very disappointed with my purchase from Rosie London. The boots I received were not as described on the website. They were advertised as being much better quality than what actually arrived. The material feels cheap and is nothing like what was shown or implied in the listing.

Delivery also took a long time, and trying to contact customer service has been extremely frustrating, with little to no response. If the product had been accurately described, I would not have ordered them. I wouldn’t recommend buying from this company.

Ordered leather jacket XL after weeks it finally arrived very small I mean it might fit my grandson and he is 9.
Tried to contact to arrange return emails bounce back and web site no longer working looks like they’ve done a runner
