Have to retract my one star review after being contacted and told that there had been an error, they didn’t want to charge for cancellation but refund. Only thing they are guilty of is staff that don’t know what they are doing! Good insurance company just ask more than one employee if you don’t agree with their information.

Well I have to get a new quote online even though Im an exsiting customer as its far cheaper.
What is the point in being a regular customer
