I had been let down during my initial renewal communications with Rossborough, (incorrect information in the letter we received, delays and a lack of response to my subsequent email, and upon receiving various phone calls there was clearly confusion between their UK and Guernsey offices over status of my renewal and who was dealing with what etc). As such, my expectations certainly weren’t met. However, then Lisa Southern picked-up the phone upon my next call and excelled in rectifying the issue, communicating everything coherently and was extremely helpful and also personable. As I said to Lisa at the time, she was exactly the type of person I was hoping to speak to, given the looming deadline and the fact I was going to be off island. Lisa is an absolute credit to your company. 🙂
