Rossborough Insurance Reviews 

Details of my car insurance were sent well in advance of the renewal date to give me time to check through. I telephoned to give a slight change to the ‘statement of facts’ and to pay. This was dealt with efficiently and in a friendly manner by the member of staff answering my call.

Had a call today with one of the agents from 4pm for about 30 mins, I didn't quite catch her name. She assisted me with a change of vehicle on my policy and the experience was absolutely 5 star.

I am not usually one to leave any type of review anywhere, but the service i got today was very high quality, and I believe in giving credit where credit is due.

This agent is a credit to the company. She constantly made sure all the details I'd given were correct. She answered all my questions in high detail and kept everything super simple to understand. You don't always get amazing service with a lot of insurance companies, but I don't think I've ever had a negative experience with Rossborough, and today has really fortified my trust with them as a good provider.

Thank you very much for assisting me today. I felt very valued as a customer and have walked away happy with the outcome.

Rossborough assist us with a large portfolio of insurances and we have built an excellent rapport with their hard working team over the years. They are always quick to provide helpful, balanced advice and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend their services.

Very helpful in helping me with an issue with my renewal

I tried to get to get a quote online, all went well until I got to the postcode at which point the site refused to accept my Alderney postcode telling me it was not a valid Guernsey postcode. I phoned customer Services in Guernsey, my call was answered by an unpleasant male who’s only response to my query was “I will transfer you to the quotes department” no apologies and with the click I was listening to music on hold.
