The broker took time to understand my motor insurance needs which had changed and then went away to find the most appropriate solutions which was a change from an experience a few years before on the same question. I was about to move my business but the brokers efforts have retained and increased the business. For example one vehicle that I wanted to insure is a classic and was not on the insurers list of models so an alternative insurer was found that would insure a classic value rather than book value.

Very simple online process and a very competitive quotation.

My phone call was answered very quickly, the query about my breakdown cover was sorted, unfortunately I was sent a secure email which I was unable to open, I contacted Rossborough who then sent it by PDF, which I much prefer.

They are disingenuous in their approach in their website.
I tried to get an online quote for a car insurance and after providing all my personal details, I got a message that I need to either call the office or visit their premises.
This is not honest and it can trick people into providing a lot of sensitive information over nothing at all.

I would like both the insurance business, their insurance policies (and enable Philin) to experience and understand the local island way of life to be able to give appropriate service and products specialised to an island by paying us a visit.
Jersey is not like living in or driving on the uk mainland and insurance policies should reflect this.
