The patient service and level of expertise and going the extra mile to find the best solution for our car insurance renewal was superb. Titi (Rossborough Agent) was super efficient and courteous at all times, taking the time to promptly follow up with answers to my queries.

I queried why my DD had gone up from £34 per month to £94 a month. I spoke to Phittin who very professional and kind in his manner. He agreed that it was a big jump!!

My insurance was about become invalid and they were only renewing it if I was over 21. Only thing was I’ve only turned 18 so I had to find someone I went in to rossborough a little nervous then a lady greeted me with a big smile and was ready to help me. Extremely helpful answered all my questions and even helped me save a bit of money. I got to know her bit Aimee Goddard made my experience amazing and made me want to stick to Rossborough.

We have been with Rossborough for some years now and have our home and car insurance with them. Beth is our main contact and is always efficient and helpful with any queries, available to discuss our renewal options and add temporary drivers when needed.

I spoke to Beth Tasker about some buidlings and contents insurance. From start to finish the experience was great. We had an urgent need to get the insurance in place for a property purchase. The circumstances didn't allow much time to sort this out but Beth was responsive, proactive and I felt confident that all would be sorted, and it was. Would recommend and would go back.

I have been a long term customer of Rossborough. However I just received my renewal and it has more than doubled. I asked why and the agent told me it was due to factors such as "local storm damage last year". I pointed out that this was not my fault and is not a factor in my risk as a driver having never claimed. He than dropped the price from about £600 to about £500 which is still more than the cheapest like for like quote I have had (which was £290). I am disappointed in Rossborough and they will be losing a customer.

Excellent service, Philtin was efficient, friendly and expedited my car renewal with ease.

I spoke to Giles on 23/08/24 to get quotes for my and my daughter’s cars. He was helpful, polite, efficient, patient and could answer all of my questions. Both quotes were competitive and I ended up transferring both to Rossborough. He was a pleasure to deal with and I’ll be calling again when our next family renewal is due. Thanks again Giles :)

I recently phoned Rossborough to renew my insurance and the staff were friendly, knowledgeable and efficient.

Very friendly salesperson. Kept me informed of what he was doing and those silence moments when you are left wondering if the call has dropped didn't happen on my call. Very informative about my query which allowed me to upgrade my cover.
