So quick and efficient booking online with various quotes for house insurance. Then given reference number to retrieve once decided. Able to alter the amount of excess on both contents and buildings insurance to be paid in the event of a claim, so to suit your budget.

My renewal quote came in a lot more than I expected. However, Alfie (Rossborough Ins) spent a long period of time looking at options and managed to significantly reduce it. I was though still disappointed by the overall cost of the insurance. Alfie was very clear and concise and I would thank him for his efforts.

I received confirmation of the change by pdf letter attached to an email. My updated policy documents were sent to me in pdf format via the secure access link which I received when I called back to amend the action date to 01.11.24 rather than 08.11.24 as I had requested as the start date with Alfie.

It was particularly helpful to be advised of an additional service which is particularly relevant in my changing circumstances and the details were explained carefully. In renewing my motor policy I was offered a breakdown service and this was put into place for Jersey and the UK. The service was personal and I am looking at another opportunity to work with the company.

Second time dealing with the Isle of Man office. My renewal came through on my beginner bike a week before it was due, but it was from another team in the UK and had a number of errors. Contacted Beth from the private client team who had a colleague look into it, within an hour the errors were corrected and insurance renewed.

Move forward a month and I've bought a new bike. Contacted Rossborough and Spoke to Beth again who organised for Charlie from the personal lines team to change my policy. 20 minutes later and I'm fully insured for a very reasonable price.
