Buyers Beware: No response after multiple escalations.

If I could give zero starts I would.

I had high expectations for Rotimatic, but my experience with their customer support has been extremely disappointing.

When my machine developed an issue, I spent hours trying to resolve it through their AI support system, which was unable to provide a solution. After repeatedly requesting assistance from a live agent, I was told that a support representative would call me after 4:00 PM CST on June 18. No one ever called.

Since then, I have sent multiple follow-up messages and escalation requests, yet I still have not received a response from a live customer service representative. For a premium appliance that costs this much, I expected much better support.

The machine itself is only as good as the support behind it, and unfortunately, when something goes wrong, getting help appears to be very difficult. The lack of communication, missed commitments, and inability to reach a live person have left me extremely frustrated.

I hope Rotimatic improves its customer service process and starts honoring callback commitments. Until then, potential buyers should consider not only the product but also the level of support they may receive if they encounter problems.
People planning to buy this product please be AWARE!!!

Very disappointed.

5 months, full payment made, zero delivery, zero response — Sweden

I am writing this review as a warning to others and as a last resort after exhausting every possible channel to resolve this directly with Rotimatic.
I placed my order over 5 months ago and paid in full via Klarna. To date:
❌ No delivery
❌ No delivery update of any kind
❌ No response to multiple emails sent to rotimatic support team
I contacted Klarna and my bank — both confirmed the funds have been successfully transferred to Rotimatic's account. The money is with them. They simply have not delivered the product or communicated with me in any way.
I am a customer based in Sweden, European Union.

I have seen hundreds of reviews here describing the exact same experience — delayed or no delivery, money taken, support completely silent. This is not an isolated case. This is a systemic failure.

To Rotimatic: My order details are ready. My email is on file. You have had 5 months and multiple emails. I am giving you one final public opportunity to respond before I proceed with all formal filings.Please refund my Money asap
To anyone considering buying: Please read the reviews carefully before placing an order.

The machine went bad after 3 months of…

The machine went bad after 3 months of usage. And their customer care doesnt even respond to chat messages in their app.
And when I reach out over email, they send me a time to book a virtual meeting 3 weeks later.

This company makes very unreliable low quality product and their customer support is even worse than the quality of their device.

60 days past original delivery date

From customer service point of view it’s pathetic.

I ordered it on 12 th Feb 2026 and they got delayed no delivery on 24th April they got delayed again said will send on 17th May2026
Still no delivery

In total I have waited for 132 days

Original delivery date: 24 April 2026
now 60 days past the original delivery date.

Revised delivery date: 17 May 2026
now 37 days past the revised delivery date.

It’s 23rd June 2026 now .
They are not transparent with customers if they don’t have product or issues with delivery they should set expectations right before the customer pays for their machine.
Atleast they know what they are getting into.
They don’t respond after certain duration.
It’s taking customers for granted.
They should put ppl in queue and then when product is ready can ask for payment or take half advance initially .
This is crazy . According to me they should stop selling it to overseas customers or only sell in Asia or Singapore.

I would never recommend it to someone else.
A company who does not respect its customers should not be in business.

This is piece of JUNK it's a next level JUNK MACHINE and customer support is reckless and worst ever service they don't respond to emails or chat in app is even more pathetic take ages to reply. My rotimatic brand new stopped working after a month and I am still waiting for some one to reach out fix this piece of JUNK machine . Huge price I paid and pathetic . CRYING FOR HELP !!

I ordered a kneeding cup because it is the main components required to Kneed to dough which is the first step to make roti.

I ordered a kneeding cup because it developed some cracks. I ordered it way in advance, but forget about receiving or dispatching the part, they have not even started to work on the part. It is a small plastic cup which they can make using a 3D printer, which is what they use all along for all other parts. They only respond back with a generic response saying we are yet to hear back from our team. Imagine being a product base company, saying we are yet to hear back from THE TEAM which is responsible for making parts. It is a horrible experience. That too when I paid for extra for extended warranty. And the audacity is that they dont even let you know about the delay from their end, they don't respond with updates, they don't care about their existing customers. Recently Amazon's CTO visited them and they were quick enough to make a video and send it to all their customers, but they are not decent and responsive enough to solve issues of their existing customers. Hell of slowness, non responsiveness, dont care attitude, issues with machine not starting, i mean i can go on and on and on. To be honest, I was happy with Rotimatic because I was getting fresh rotis, but this experience has been horrible and unacceptable. And the worst part is, there is no hearing of this. No one accepts responsibility and takes ownership to resolve it. There is no representative or forum where they can accelerate it. It is really extremely bad.

I am requesting an immediate escalation and refund for my Rotimatic Next order.

Order details:
Product: Rotimatic Next
Purchase date: April 1, 2026
Expected delivery date: June 11, 2026

The promised delivery date has passed, and despite multiple attempts to contact support, I have received no meaningful response or resolution.

I am requesting:
Immediate confirmation of the current order status, OR
Full refund to my original payment method

Please provide a resolution within 5 business days. If I do not receive a response, I will proceed with a payment dispute/chargeback and file consumer complaints for failure to deliver the purchased product.

I would appreciate your urgent attention to this matter.

Horrible customer service

Horrible customer service. I have ordered the Rotimatic Next almost 3 months ago. I have been patiently waiting for 2 months & then it has been delayed & now the tracking link does even work. They have no phone call support, I have been emailing the customer support to atleast send me a tracking link but still nothing after 3 weeks of delay. How can you provide such poor customer service for a product of $1500!!

Bad customer service and useless product

I ordered rotimatic and didnt receive any due to the rotimatic customer support not respond properly to UPS service center to release from the international cargo area, so I asked them to return my money since 3 months and no response from them but when I file to credit card claim then they contacted back to me ask to cancel so that they can refund. As I understand its again kind of cheating so I didnt cancel that but they updated same to credit card company and mentioned that they will return the money. Instead of return the money they sent a refurbished failed model and mention that if I didnt like they will provide return label and asked to use for a month. But I actually contacted them in 3 days to provide return label because of their customer response is too bad and it is refurbished or used one. They said they will send RL . But its now more than 15 days and mention that thier system has some issues with generating RL and no response after that. I am sending emails daily but no response , its too worst response and even the machine also too bad and not recommend to any one. They will never return and you will not get your money

Avoid at even penny price

Pathetic company from the TOP (Founder and CEO) to the bottom. They always ignore emails, complaints, and even when it is reported directly. The price of the product is premium, but the service is the worst. It's all a marketing gimmick, and they hire influencers and artists. The users are burnt, and unfortunately, afraid to disclose real pain to save themselves from embarrassment.

It's a company of scammers

It's a company of scammers. If you want to burn your money, that's a better option than giving to these unprofessional, money hungry and con artists.

Bought first Rotimatic in 2022 (refurbished machine). It worked for 16 odd months and as soon as warranty was over it crashed. Despite of multiple online troubleshooting for months, it was deemed defective. All money in drain and company advised to buy new machine.

Bought brand new machine in 2024. It came defective. Company was asked to replace. Another machine send> worked for 8 months and it crashed again. Same fasade of troubleshooting and machine was deemed defective. After multiple complaints a replacement machine was sent in 2025. That too crashed in May 2025.

Finally replacement was agreed. But it has been 8 months and no news of machine.

4 machines in 4 years. And we are waiting for 5th. Customer care deletes previous chats so as to avoid accountability. No one replies to requests or gives an update.

Keep promoting Rotimatic Next and no concerns of existing customers.

Planning to talk to solicitors now to put a legal case of online scamming. Save yourself. Don't bother giving your hard earned money. Not worth it. Seriously.

It's a scam product and company

I am in agreement with another user who found that the company pushed firmware updates over Wi-Fi without my consent, and their software is so poorly optimized that it completely bricked my expensive appliance. My machine is now completely inoperable - all sensors error out 100% time starting from temperature heating, cooling, oil/water content detection and dispensing ability. I have to unplug it from overheating and to actually cool. Customer service is beyond poor as is the app. This is a scam. We've been trying to get in touch with the customer service since early June. The company forces you to use the app to connect with customer service. I was assigned 'Tejasvi' who has not responded to my detailed notes June 10, 14, 16, 18. There is NO way to get assigned to anyone other than Tejasvi - or the assigned customer service person. So, I am in this solo chat channel from where I cannot exit. Emails have gone unanswered (address of which I had to sleuth to get). Having a USB port to reset it would've been such an easy self help.

General make of product: Very poor for the price. Choice of materials (plastic) that touch food when internal temperatures are high for example. Cantilever plastic arm that holds a dough mixer that's forced on from top (incredible choice) makes sounds that promise it will break anytime.

Customer service: Non-existent

App make: Ask an 11 year old + Claude to renew it please.

BTW, poor customer service has been an issue since right after they took my money. Getting updates, getting notified of when the product would deliver was painful.

Varshini U provided great service

Varshini I was very patient and persistent and wanted to get my roti matic working and provided lot of guidance despite knowing we only had 30min she worked with me to try many different options.

She even had identified a potential cause but we couldn't try it during the call as the machine was hot.

She immediately sent me the instructions to try out and after I did the roti matic is working well again.

Do not buy a Rotimatic Next

Do not buy a Rotimatic Next. The company pushes forced, automatic background firmware updates over Wi-Fi without your consent, and their software is so poorly optimized that it completely bricked my expensive appliance.My machine is now stuck in an infinite, flashing boot loop on the starting screen. It has been unplugged for over a week to clear the cache, but the moment it is powered on, it flashes endlessly. Because this model is a seamless touch screen with no physical buttons and absolutely no exterior USB ports, there is no way for a consumer to manually reset or flash the corrupted operating system.The worst part is the non-existent customer support. I have reached out multiple times via email and their automated app chat, and I am being completely ignored. There is zero response from Rotimatic. They pushed a broken software update that broke my hardware, and they refuse to answer tickets or provide a fix.If you are considering buying this, beware: you are paying thousands of dollars for a machine that the company can destroy remotely at any time without taking accountability. Unbelievably poor customer service. I am now forced to file a dispute and chargeback with my bank to get my money back.
