Excellent choice of locations and activities. All transfers punctual and friendly. Good communications during the holiday but took a long while to finalise the booking initially.

We had never used travel agents before this trip, and it proved a very worthwhile thing to do for travelling in a country we knew nothing about. We had organised our own stay in Marrakech but hadn't felt confident in undertaking the remainder of a packed itinerary to three other cities by ourselves. I chose to use a respected travel company (Rough Guides) and they have chosen an excellent partner agent in Morocco (Mohamed at Tilila Travel). Mohamed put together a detailed trip that followed the dates and places that I had asked for, but with added improvements. He called and suggested those small improvements and the resulting booking and payment was very smooth.

Mohamed chose Tawfiq to be our driver for our 5-day trip and we had a lovely time with him. Tawfiq was very welcoming, very considerate and knowledgeable and we comfortably spent long hours driving across Morocco with him. He always took our needs into consideration, made sure we had all the necessary stops for toilets and photos, was always on time to collect us and made sure we were safely handed to guides and hotel staff at key points. He was always ready to answer our many questions about protocol, and to discuss culture, customs and life experiences.

We would thoroughly recommend Rough Guides, Tilila Travel and Tawfiq to anyone else booking a holiday in Morocco.

Tawfiq was a great ambassador for your company. His upbeat personality and his love for Morocco was infectious. We even had a wonderful lunch at his families home. He was a very safe driver and certainly knew the culture of Morocco. We really took care of us and our needs. He was also very punctual. As a group, I think Tilia could leave off the Hercules caves. It was expensive, very little information provided and little to see. Highlights were our desert experience and the city guides were well informed.

I have just returned from two excellent weeks in Argentina arranged by Mariana of MacDermott's. I can honestly say the trip was the most enjoyable I have experienced. Everything was carefully curated in advance and my expectations were met in full. It was a complete concierge service which led to a stress-free break, despite a good amount of travelling with internal flights. The attention to detail was superb and I will most definitely be a returning customer. Gracias Mariana - una experiencia inolvidable!

I never thought that I would make it to iceland with so little fuss .
Èric from Iceland Offbeat was amazing in helping me plan my trip and the itinerary provided and hotels booked were all good places. All my questions were answered.
I only had to study the itinerary like on a few weekend before my trip to see which are the places that we are going , and also look through the optionals to see which i really want to go to .
Despite the weather, i really enjoyed my trip .
He also helped me find a local photographer for my photoshoot in the Capital .

The guide is knowledgeable, kind and very helpful. I do wish his English would be a little better. Sometimes it’s difficult to convey to him or understand what he is trying to tell us. But otherwise he is a great guide and eventually we do communicate after repeating ourselves.
The trip has been wonderful and everything we have seen has been very interesting. However a few days we were done at 12-1pm and back to the hotel to essentially do nothing. Tomorrow nothing is planned and we are just spending the entire day at the hotel. We could have shortened the trip by a couple days had we known that.
But overall we have enjoyed the trip and all we have seen and the guide has been very good.

Our trip to Cambodia and Vietnam was very enjoyable. The detailed planning and execution by Han at Rough Guides was second to none.
The boat cruise in Ha Long Bat was a bit on the cool side however a great experience nonetheless. Food in both countries was fantastic and we really enjoyed being immersed into the cultures i.e. dinner at a Vietnamese families home (4 generations). This was a nice touch. So many great experiences. We had a very busy schedule but our guides and drivers made the trip very enjoyable. The guides were very knowledgeable and did a fantastic job with the history of both countries, from 9th. century temples in Cambodia to the Vietnam war history and evolution of this country.

We have just spent 17 days traveling throughout Morrocco. We visited several Imperial cities and also spent time in the Sahara desert. Every day was an adventure. Our guides were knowledgeable and our driver, Fatah, could not have been better. Mohammed with Tilila Travel organized our trip. He is responsive and he cares! He did an excellent job planning our itinerary and choosing our hotels. Morrocco is a wonderful destination!

We really enjoyed our vacation. Our guide was knowledgeable, prompt and fun, and we got to see so many amazing sights, eat great food and get to know a new culture.

Tililia Travel is a most reputable company with great service by Mohammed , manager ,and our driver Yassin. We spent 9 days with a family of five travelling from Casablanca to Marrakesh to Fez and Essaouira and Ouarzazate.
Everything worked perfectly and Mohammed was very good about adding extra stops without adding extra charges. He was always available on the phone to answer questions. Our driver Yassin was great. He was patient, well informed and spoke perfect English.
I have travelled in more than 180 countries and this agent ranks among the best.

We took a customized 6 days private package for a family of three from Mohammed and Tilila Travel that covers Merrakech, Essaouira, Atlas mountain/Ourica valley, and Agafay desert. So in 6 days we are able to explore Merrakech, see the coast and beach in Essaouira, the mountain and ber ber village in Ourica valley, and camel + quad ride with desert dinner and show with private guide, private driver and cars. We had a lot of free time to explore anything we want and able to make connection and friendship with our guides who are very friendly and very accommodating to our needs. Definitely recommended for first time visitor to Morocco like us but the service is very good and experienced that we are considering to have Tilia travel to arrange the next specific trip to Morocco for our next family vacation. The sight and sound are amazing but what makes it memorable are the people who are kind and very considerate to our needs. Thanks Mohammed, Tawfiq, Ibrahim, Abdul, and Hassan. We used Rough Guides for a recent 11-day trip through Panama for our family of three. We have previously used them for a trip through Colombia. Both times, everything was great! We had fun, friendly and knowledgeable local guides. Our drivers, activities and accommodations were all excellent. All the logistics were taken care of and everything ran smoothly and as expected, so all we had to do was turn up at the appointed times and enjoy the adventure. Rough Guides helped tailor a month-long trip to India wbetween ourselves and an Indian based tour company. All communication went through the Rough guides portal, a rough guides agent and the Indian tour company giving us confidence in the choice of tour company. As an added security blanket the payments to the tour company were managed by rough guides through their online secure payment system. I would definitely use Rough Guides again for future trips.

We used Rough Guides to arrange our trip to India. We started in Delhi for the Rajasthan touring experience and in the 2nd week of our holiday we headed South to Kerala. From the first interaction with Rough Guides website through to the final goodbye at Delhi airport the service we received was first class. The itinerary was top class. All the transfers were seamless, the guides charming and the hotels were exactly as described. We really felt in all regards the holiday was a great success.

We had never used a tour agency before, but when we looked into the Rough Guides for guidance for our 5+ week trip to Vietnam and Cambodia, there seemed to be a good culture and values fit for us. We wanted to be as independent as possible, which goal the Rough Guides met through Realistic Asia, but the relationship also brought additional value in that we learned about landscapes that we didn't know existed and Realistic Asia helped us navigate the logistics. Everything was seamless; we could count on everything going smoothly on our trip, even the parts that were not planned and executed by Realistic Asia. They made sure we were coordinated.

I worked with Valentine for our trip to Berlin and Prague with an in-between overnight in Dresden. It took a little while (many merci's for your patience, Valentine!) but we ended up with a truly spectacular trip to Central Europe. Perfect hotels for our particular context in each city, fabulous walking tours in Berlin and Prague, all transportation anticipated and facilitated, museum ticket entries arranged, and very excellent suggestions for our touristing interests. For instance, we would never have thought of spending a day in the amazing parks of Saxon and Bohemian Switzerland (aka Narnia) - one of the many high points of our trip. Even our departure day was made sooooo much easier by the reservation of a private car at 4 in the morning. This was my first time using a travel agency for the entirety of an international trip. I am very glad I chose to do so.

Our trip to Morocco was incredible thanks to the detailed planning from Mohamad and our incredible driver Yassin. They were extremely accommodating in finding the perfect itinerary to meet our needs and allow us a customized experience for our vacation.

Our driver Yassin was the cherry on top! He knew all the local places to stop, told us about the history while we were driving and took amazing pictures for us along the way, capturing a lasting memory for us.

All the Riads we stayed at were top-notch, the rooms were clean, food was excellent and staff was accommodating and friendly.
