I visited your London store last week to collect my new watch. Cynthia and Nicole went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the fit and took their time in explaining its features and how to maintain it correctly.

Went for an engagement ring yesterday and Samantha looked after me and my step parents.

She was so kind and helpful in choosing the perfect for my bride to be, they've got a very good range of stones, cuts, metals and budget which made it very flexible in choice.

Even got treated to a glass of prosecco to celebrate the occasion. Would 100% recommend

My partner now fiance purchased my engagement ring from Rox in Edinburgh and I love it so much.

We went back into store to look at wedding bands along with a necklace and earrings. We were served by Kevin who is the most lovely person ever.

He was so helpful and knowledgeable and is a credit to Rox. The service we received from Kevin was incredible and we were made to feel really special.

The jewellery from Rox is beautiful and of a high standard and Kevin was great at explaining the clarity and cuts of the diamonds.

We are looking forward to coming back to store to purchase more items. The store itself is lovely and it's always such a lovely experience. You always receive a warm welcome along with a glass of moet!

Platinum diamond engagement ring purchased in september 2022. Issues with sizing, then diamond fell out on two different occasions. Ring was then remade apparently, came back with rough claws catching on all fabrics, sent back for repair, came back again with claws still not fixed. Poor quality for a ring costing over £4000 that has spent alot of time in store being repaired than being on my finger! Ring away for repair yet again! Definitely avoid at all costs would never recommend or use again.

Our experience was made totally by Jess in the Liverpool shop. She was knowledgeable and friendly from the outset. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was delivered on time and to our satisfaction. I could not recommend Rox or Jess highly enough.

Now this is what an online retail experience should be like, attentive without being pushy, helpful and ultimately a smooth transaction.

I'd been coveting a particular watch for a while and had seen that Rox had an offer on that was too good to pass up. Reaching out by live chat I was expecting the slightly cold conversation that often happens at distance, however the assistant Jill, was brilliant from the get-go; taking the time to listen to me and offering up every scrap of information in response to my questions in a friendly, yet professional manner. The resulting transaction was simple to complete and Jill even arranged for the delivery to be delayed in order to make it convenient for me.

The watch arrived after the weekend as requested and was beautifully packed in a sturdy ROX branded outer box, plenty of tissue paper with a welcome card from the person who packed it - thank you Robert, and a brand magazine. Everything arrived in perfect condition and is absolute dream to finally own, however this review is about the experience not the product.

Having a very traditional department store, customer service led retail background myself, it can feel that the profession has lost many of its positives and shopping now can be very transactional, especially with the prevalence of online shopping and my experience with ROX gives me hope that there are folks out there who still want to provide excellent customer service despite the challenging new environment progress has forced upon the sector. I cannot commend Jill enough for how she dealt with me and she is a credit to ROX.

I would heartily recommend anyone considering jewellery or watches to seek ROX out and experience the quality of service I've recently had.
