Ive bought 3 diamond rings from Rox Newcastle for my girlfriend.
Was advised by Lyndsey who was incredibly patient and knowledgeable. I had been to other jewellers but found Rox to be much more friendly and without any pressure.

Big shout out to Sue in your liverpool store! Bought my engagement ring and wedding bands plus a few other items and she is just the best! Always greet us with a smile and very helpful.

Right up to the point of pressing the 'buy' button, I had been impressed with Chloe's help in Customer Service. The Tag Heuer Monaco at a brilliant price was shown as in stock. I paid a 30% deposit, using finance for the balance. All of a sudden, it was showing a special order with a SIX week delivery. Sending emails to three different parts of ROX immediately and before they closed for the weekend has left me in limbo as I am not prepared to wait so long and especially as it has been price matched by a large mainstream jeweller.
UPDATE. Thanks to a lady in the Leeds showroom and Laura in Newcastle, my watch will be delivered tomorrow. Nobody knows why the advice note I got showing item in stock but with mid June delivery was sent, but happily should not be sorted. Well done to the two showrooms. Thank you

No doubt one of the smoothest jewellery purchases (both online experience and resizing in store). Ring itself arrived in under 24 hours, certificated and looked beautiful. Fantastic quality Lab Diamond solitaire Engagement ring. All staff interacted with were friendly and knowledgable. Can’t recommend ROC enough and will very likely return for the wedding rings!!

I didn’t have time to call to a Rox store. So everything was done online which can sometimes be quite challenging.
