I have the most stunning engagement diamond ring from Rox in Liverpool.

Jess looked after us and ensured that we ended up with the most perfect ring for me. She was professional, courteous and genuinely lovely on each occasion saw her. We had no intention of buying a ring, we just looked in the window one day, dazzled by the diamond jewellery and she gently approached us outside, engaged with us in a way that didn't make us want to walk away, so we went inside and were sold.

Customer service, lacking in a lot of places these days, is in abundance in Rox, Liverpool. Jess ensured we got the quality, size & colour of the diamond we wanted then worked with us for the design. The result is a stunning engagement ring that everyone notices and that I absolutely love.

Bonus is, we get free cleaning for life on the ring and, three free services. We know my ring will always be in top top condition with this excellent after care.

All the staff at Rox were lovely but as Jess looked after us so well, she deserves a special mention. We will be back for another piece of jewellery that I have my eye on for sure.

Fantastic experience! There were some shipping issues to the United States, but Chloe at ROX handled all my correspondence in a timely and professional manner. Especially with the US/UK time difference. I would not hesitate to do business with them in the future. Love my new watch!!

Was unsure about lab diamonds, went into the Liverpool store and James spent a lot of time with me and listened to what I was looking for . He explained about lab diamonds and showed me the certifications, Ordered in the rings , emailed me over pictures and details and allowed me time to think things over . Made my decision and went back to store and Ewan was just as helpful and polite . Staff are a credit in this store .
James follows up with a phone call . Would definitely recommend and will be going back . Love my purchase and the customer experience from start to finish was first class , well done to you all .

Great customer service and very responsive team

I love going into the Rox store in Liverpool, all the staff are very friendly and very helpful, the items on display are beautiful and if you cant find what you are looking for they will help you or go that extra mile to help you find what you want, I have made 4 purchases from this store and am sure I will be back for more, they even made me one ring from a design I liked that they didnt stock, nothing is too much trouble for them, if you want quality jewellery and a friendly smiling face to help this is the store for you. The complimentary drinks are an added bonus, but I recommend the Moet and Chandon, just a shame they dont give you a bottle to celebrate with when you pick up your purchase! The selection of engagement rings on offer is amazing, something for all tastes and you can even get lab grown diamonds now too.
Sue has always been our sales lady and she is more like a friend to us now, but all the girls and the boys are exceptionally helpful and very knowledgable.
