Tight knot in bracelet
Oredering was easy, delivered on time and nicely wrapped, unfortunately the bracelet arrived with a very tight knot in it. Will have to take it to a jewellers to see if they can get it out without breaking it.

Personal Experience with Giulia Ferrari
My fiance and I went to multiple jewellery stores and Giulia made sure to listen very carefully to all of our requests! She went above and beyond by quickly getting our ring resized as well.
Wonderful Experience
Upon entering the store, Cynthia and her colleague acknowledged and greeted me in a friendly manner.
Cynthia asked me what I was looking for and informed me about the classification/grade of gold and diamonds on the earrings. She was attentive and told me that there were other styles if I wanted to see more.
I was invited to sit down where I was offered something to drink, to which I had a glass of Moet. After purchasing the gifts, Cynthia explained the diamond classifications specific to what I bought and provided insurance cover.
I am thrilled with my purchase and the high standards provided by Cynthia.

Had a problem as the basket kept freezing when trying to pay. Had to come out and go back in a couple of times. Other than that was ok.
Amazing experience with exceptional customer service.
Customer service in store is exceptional and staff are extremely polite and friendly. Have also had items delivered to my home address in the past and every care was taken with packaging, delivery was free and also item was gift wrapped beautifully. Today I went in store to collect an online order and received a warm and friendly welcome from Alex in the Edinburgh store. She was helpful, polite and really went out her way to provide amazing customer service and I enjoyed a glass of champagne while she gift wrapped my order. Best service I have had in any store. Thank you.
A very personal buying experience.
In my experience Rox deliver a very focused and personalised level of customer service even when handling on line sales.
The service I have received from both Jill and Chloe has been first class from start to finish as they have worked to help me secure a limited edition timepiece which is quite scarce!
I would not hesitate to recommend Rox to family, friends and my contacts in the watch collecting community.
Fantastic shop and service
Fantastic shop and service. The website however was a nightmare to use. I was looking to purchase a £80 voucher for my wife and after multiple attempts I managed to add a £40 gift card to the basket, which then doubled to £80.
I asked for a e voucher to be sent the following day that never arrived and I am unsure exactly what has happened. When ordering it said you should receive the gift card on the 27th November but nothing has arrived. I am unsure if I should expect a gift voucher in the post or by email….

Looking forward a special something for my 25th wedding anniversary so visited Rox in Liverpool where I was served by Jess. Jess is an absolute credit to the company, she was patient, attentive, professional and knowledgeable. Jess had all the time in the world for us, I didn't feel rushed and was very pleased to be able to try on whatever I wanted, as many times as I wanted. We decided on a gorgeous ring, which could be altered to my preference (yellow gold or platinum...natural or lab). I am thrilled with my purchase, but even more thrilled with the service. I would definitely recommend and will definitely be returning! Thank you Jess x

Always a perfect product . Delivered quickly , efficiently and wrapped for secure transit . Always confident with every one of my purchases from Rox , either in store or on line . And there is never a compromise on the attention to detail , regardless of the amount you spend . That’s amazing customer service.

My fiancé was measured in the Battersea branch and we were shown a fantastic art deco ring which we decided to buy. Great style and great customer service
Excessive thinning described as wear and tear
Very poor experience unfortunately from a company who we chose for our engagement, wedding and eternity rings. I handed my ring in when it got damaged out of shape and was told this was fixable by a service. When I picked it up it was noticeably thinner and I was then quoted over £1,700 to get the ring restored back to its original condition. This was apparently nothing to do with the most recent damage but ‘14 years wear and tear’ with the ring that I hardly ever wear so on this premise I wouldn’t have a ring in 10 year time at this deterioration - it’s platinum! While wear and tear does occur this is excessive. Unfortunately the angle of the photos they took don’t show the bottom of the ring which I am querying and we were accidentally copied into internal communication which explicitly says not to admit any liability despite the first person I spoke to saying it was thinner so I’m now left with a ring which they describe as still ‘wearable’.

Found it very difficult to process my order. It took several attempts and eventually had to change payment card as it did not accept credit card (even though perfectly good card). Also had to change delivery to shop as wouldn’t go through delivering to home. I hope it arrives on time as is a 40th birthday gift for my daughter. Also have an email saying I still have it in basket when I have paid for it?
