Royal Legal Group has been as good as their word. You are entrusting your money to them, but it is still your money. This has been our experience so far. If things get tight and you need to skip a payment, they examine the situation and will usually grant this if it doesn't cause a problem. They have been very good to work with.

Staff is always pleasant when calling. I still have to go to court but sent a letter of good standing.

I have been working with your company for about a year now and I am very displeased with the work that you are doing. Since the time that we have started this contract you have negotiated One Account in amount of $145.00 per month. After checking into this account I have figured out that when you pay this account it is late and a $90.00 late fee is being charged to my account and not being paid. You are only paying $145.00 per month whether it is on time or not. My Husband I have been sued by one of our accounts and you are refusing to pay them any of their money that was agreed upon in Court by the Attorney's that you provided for me. My Husband and I are now having our paychecks garnished because you are refusing to make payments because they are not in your system or you are still negotiating. This went to court there are no more negotiations! We were told to appear in court in December 2019 regarding this matter and it is now May 2020 and you are still negotiating because they are not in your system to send payment. In the paperwork from the Courts this account is able to add on an extra 18% to the amount owed and you are dragging your feet. I have figured up the money since I have started this program and I know I have at least had $6,281.22 taken out of my own personal checking account. Royal Legal has paid $1,305.00 approximately to date . That is not counting the $90.00 per month late fees that they are tacking on to my account every month that you are late. The payment is due the 10th of every month. I demand that you send me back the money that is due to me because you are not paying off my accounts as per our agreement. I am tired of trying to contact your company and only receiving the run around. I am in more debt today because of you then you have helped me! If for some reason you do not feel the need to help me cancel this contract and give me the money that is owed, you will be hearing from my attorney. I have been stressed out, I have been missing work time because I am on hold waiting and hoping that this time I will get to speak with a Supervisor that can help me! I am tired of screaming, crying and cursing. I have been humiliated at work by being called in because I am being garnished because you won't do anything. Someone needs to respond to me within the next 24 hours or I will be
talking to my attorney and I will be making a complaint to the better business bureau or whoever will listen to me.

I have been with the Royal Legal Group a short period of time, I have founded them to be a great professional group to help you in a financial crisis.

In program 1 year now. Called today regarding litigation notice, logged by Royal as received per email on March 18, 2020. Set for court date of May 20, 2020. The representative had nothing! Asked my to resend 18 page document. This was also loaded on my customer portal on March 18, 2020; and it seems to be missing now. Notice of hearing date there.

Have helped over the years and at this crucial moment of COVID-19, they have helped me work with settling creditors and working on negotating a debt that has now summoned me to the courts. Royal legal has been there for me when I call and helped in court when I had to go to court. Hopefully we can settle the remaining debts soon so my credit score can go back to where it once was.

After suffering overwhelming credit issues after a stroke that left me unable to work for a long period, we turned to Royal legal for assistance. Quick to get us signed up but communication since has been a nightmare. I settled multiple of the accounts on my own as Royal did not respond to any of the documentation sent as instructed. When I contacted them I could never get to talk to my representative, and even tried contacting the attorney assigned to my account at the beginning with no response. Now I have been served a summons at my home for one of the accounts that they were supposed to be negotiating with. This action may affect my employment status should there be a judgement against me.

I am thoroughly disgusted with the level of service my accounts has received and now understand why credit consolidation services get such bad reputations. If I cannot get satisfactory communication and service to resolve this quickly, I will have no choice but to file a formal complaint with the court system and better business bureau.

I am so thankful we found Royal Legal Group. We were struggling and they gave multiple options to help us. I don't know where we would be without them.

Never heard back so l called and was told l need to see district attorney myself and.file a response..what ever that is..l will tell the court l have.no legal representation so I'll answer the best l can.

I would actually give Royal no stars, if that was an option. We were very pleased with the program until about 2-3 months ago, not sure if they had a change in management. Communication became horrible, no one could help when I would call in. The response was always someone will get back to you in 3 business days, with no return phone call. Royal let a settlement fall threw the cracks without us being aware, this was our last account. After weeks of calling in to try and get updates, a new negotiation was done that was completely ridiculous, the settlement would have kept us in the program for another 7 months, when we could have been done with the original negotiation. I would not recommend this program.

We are so glad to finally have some help with our credit card debt! We just wish we had known about you sooner before we got so far under! You have been a great help & are great with answering all our questions! I would recommend you to everyone who is struggling with credit card debt!

I've been on the Royal Legal Program since June of 2017 which has helped settle debt. the first few accounts were settled without incident and I was really impressed with the company and it's service. Then I was served litigation paperwork from one of my accounts on Dec 26, 2019 and that very night i scanned and emailed Royal the paperwork. I was only notified they had received the paperwork and a week later I didn't hear anything. So I called and was told the account was not willing to negotiate with anyone but an attorney and they were going to appoint an attorney to my case to solve the litigation. I was told that by the 20th of January I would hear something (my court date was scheduled for January 27th). I still didn't hear anything so i called and was told a person had been assigned and to give it a few more days. I received a very short, unprofessional email about a settlement. When i called in again, I was told that person is only a litigation negotiator and not an attorney. He was also unavailable to speak to me and would only speak to the customer service representative. After several more calls and several service representatives telling me they couldn't answer my questions or he was unavailable, i was finally sent an email from this litigation negotiator wanting me to sign a form to approve his fees through my bank?? I called and finally spoke to him on the line about what to do regarding the account and he asked for more money which it was explained i didn't have. He basically brushed it off and said i would have to accept one of the two offers and didn't feel my idea of a lump sum payment to the company would be accepted. He then asked that I sign the form. I asked him which attorney was going to show up to court for me and i was told that no attorney would represent me in court for this litigation. I was going to be judged whether I showed up or not. After telling him the form he sent me had the wrong information on it, he then had to correct the form three more times and wasn't willing to work with me to take it out of the bank account i already set up through Royal Legal when I got into the program. He then claimed a fee payment of $2400 was going to be taken out in Feb which i told him i didn't authorize such a large payment and again I was brushed off with still more questions than answers and was told to just sign the form and pay extra money out of pocket. I then called a customer service representative who assured me they could break up that large fee payment over the course of the program so that i could make the payments to this account without having to come up with an extra $400 a month for the program.
I was directed to her supervisor who was supposed to call me back the next day (on Friday) to tell me how it was handled and how to split the payments up. That call never came so I waited until Monday (the day i had to go to court) and was not represented in court. I was told to sign paperwork for an agreement which claimed i had until the next day to make a payment to the account out of pocket for $300. I signed the agreement and then called Royal Legal again. For the millionth time i was assured the manager was working on the account but wasn't in the office and to call back around 1130 central time which i did. I was then told he wasn't going to be in the office today after being on hold over an hour. I was again assured the customer service rep was going to put a sticky note on his screen and he would call me by 9 am the next day (Tuesday) and not to sign the fee form the litigation negotiator sent until the account could be looked at. I was told a late payment form could be completed and there would be no issues.
Tuesday (yesterday) comes and goes with no phone call or email. Its Wednesday and ive called twice and was told he would call me at 3 p.m. I called at 5 p.m. and was assured he will call me after lunch and no one else can help me, only this manager. Dozens of calls, no results.

Cristina helped me today with the second month meeting. She was knowledgeable, informative, compassionate, and helpful. She spent 15 minutes explaining the actions to date, and she also explained the recommended strategy for addressing our debt. I left the conversation at peace and assured. Thank you, Cristina!

Do not do business with this company! Unlawful and dishonest business practices. Should be ashamed of themselves and are a disgrace; I’m shocked this company is able to operate in the United States.
