So I got sent the wrong item, I was excited to build a new kit, and I got multi cam instead of the coyote brown.

But after submitting an email request for customer service John gave me easy to follow instructions to return the product and got me the correct plate carrier at no additional charge. I got it, already have it set up, it’s more comfortable, and the quality is amazing.

I would say my only gripe is that some of their other products don’t have the same color available (mostly just coyote brown) but otherwise if I needed a new carrier I would get RTS again.

Quality product, reasonable wait time, and overall good experience.

They created a fraudulent website to get back 50 bucks that they were to return to me

Good quality and fast shipping

I called to make sure they had what I wanted in stock because I have an upcoming pistol course! They returned my call two times to double check on my needs and then also offered to expedite the order. I’ll shop here in the future.

It took well over a month for the product got to my doorstep, but the quality is worth waiting for. 5 stars no matter what.

I wanted to share my honest experience in case it helps someone else make an informed decision.

I was contacted by RTS Tactical after my purchase and asked for feedback on their plate carrier. I responded honestly and let them know I was not impressed with the product and would not purchase from them again based on its functionality and overall quality.

To their credit, they did offer to swap out the plate carrier for a different model. However, they required me to pay $20 for shipping to do so, which I declined—especially considering I was already dissatisfied with the original product.

I then requested to return the item entirely, but was told that because it is considered armor and sold as a kit, they do not accept returns. This was disappointing, as it left me stuck with a product I’m unhappy with and no reasonable resolution.

Key issues:

Product did not meet expectations in terms of function/quality
No full return option offered
Replacement required additional cost to the customer
Customer service policies felt rigid and one-sided

Bottom line:
While they did respond and attempt a partial solution, the lack of a proper return option and requiring additional money to fix a bad experience didn’t sit right with me. I would not purchase from them again.

Shipping was done in a timely manner. Both pillowcases showed up as well as the item. Only problem is the pillowcases did not fit. Clarification and clarity would have helped in this regard.

Really love the product comfy not too have fits snug but not too snug. Highly recommend.

Thanks again to The company RTS for having a great sale on vest and other sales as well. Once I pulled the vest out of the box in knew it would work best for my training at home. Great load bearing vest and comfortable compared to military lbv.

I received everything I ordered in a timely fashion and it was all of good quality

I did appreciate the option to pay the balance in four payments. However the product will clearly not ship until all of the money is received. So why offer it? I called to check status and was told the item was not in stock and had to be made. Why offer the item if you don't have it? There are several other manufacturers that have the same quality and the item is in stock and will ship the same day. I'm not happy with my experience and wish I had cancelled the order.
