RTS Tactical Reviews

Great product fast delivery other than the plate carrier itself could be a little better but it will do the job it's just the essentials but enough to kit out to get you home

Great service super fast shipping and great quality products! RTS is one of the best!

This armor is so well balanced I hardly notice it. The confidence I feel while wearing it is worth every dollar I spent on it. I almost feel sorry for the guy who punches me in the chest and finds out the hard way I’m wearing a ceramic plate. My retired Marine Corps co-worker is very jealous, and said he wishes he had my vest 20 years ago.

The tactical vest was a perfect choice. It’s not too bulky and you can move around it comfortably.

You guys are doing great! My questions were answered in a timely manner and accurate. Keep up the good work!

When the company identified that there was a production shortage on the particular carrier, I got an immediate call on the weekend first person to tell me there'd be a delay and they pushed up the priority on the send when advised I had an upcoming contract. In that response, I consider them a worthwhile provider with great concern for their customers.

Too easy, got everything I wanted

Shipping was perfectly on time. No delays. Everything was great.

I’d stay far away from this company. They have the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced from any business. Any business that makes a mistake and blames the customer should not be in business. You’re not for the people but for yourself.

This company cancelled my order after they told me it was already shipped without any explanation. Will never do business with again.

Great product, professional, quick service

Product is real good quality and technical support was prompt and beneficial.

Extremely well made plate carrier with the 11"x14" level 4 ceramic plates. Damn sweet setup, did I mention its damn comfortable?!. better than what I ran while in the military. Hopefully will never have to put it to use, but I am confident how it would do if shit really hits the fan!. Superior product!. Thank you RTS Tactical!.

i have orderd multipal items from RTS and had great satisfaction from the products themselves and the outstanding service.

Fast easy service and quick delivery.

Bought my plate carrier as an afterthought. I had recently purchased one from another brand and hated it. This one is perfect. Quick release. Lots of MOLLE space. Wish I saw it first. I have a brand X carrier never used for sale is anyone is interested.

It's for my husband that dose bail bonds and fugitive recovery work he like it just need more protection on the sides but I love that he has it now he has to get a ballistics shirt to wear underneath

The vest was junk, the plates are light and great quality.

Impressed with the quality of the plate carrier. Way nicer than I expected. Stitching is really clean. No imperfections anywhere that I’ve seen. Padded shoulders really help with the weight of the plates. Would definitely order again
