Lovely quality bean bag
Lovely quality bean bag, just what was needed for sensitive legs. No hard edging yet still firm enough to provide good support.
Very well made and should wear well for the future. Also purchased the filler bag, for when it needs washing down the line, as it states this bag will make it easier to empty the polystyrene ball contents, which will no doubt go everywhere, if you don't have it, so I thought, worth buying.
I chose the green, it's a lovely rich mid tone emerald colour, so I would assume the other colours on offer should also be lovely too.
The delivery was prompt just two days wait, no problems there.
So all in all, a very positive experience from this company, who have provided an excellent quality item. Very pleased with purchase

Horrible to deal with
This company tries to tell you that you can't return an item unless the packaging is intact. Try opening something without wrecking the packaging. They said my return would not be accepted and I couldn't have a refund.
Under UK law you have a right to return goods for any reason you like whether you have the packaging or not. You have to start the return process within 2 weeks.
Argos stepped in and now I have to take the item to an Argos store for a full refund, but it has to be packaged. Well you will be getting it back in bin liners and you WILL accept it!
Your response is not true. Argos had to go away and contact you to try to get you to accept the return.

''Unfortunately, we cannot arrange a collection if it is not in the original packaging. Nor it is eligible if not in the original packaging, so your return is rejected.''
It does NOT have to be in the original packaging.

At rucomfy, we actually offer a 28-day return window, which is much longer than the standard 14 days, because we want our customers to be happy. We definitely haven't refused your return; we just have to follow safety rules for the couriers:
For a DPD Home Collection: The courier (DPD) requires items to be in a box so they can stack and scan them safely in their vans.
For a Shop Return: We specifically offered you a prepaid return label for this! This is a great option because it allows you to return the item securely bagged at a local drop-off point, so you don't need the original box at all.
We’re sorry if the information you received from Argos made things feel complicated. Our goal is always to make returns as easy as possible within our 28-day policy, and we look forward to getting this sorted for you via your chosen return method.
Excellent beanbag company
Excellent company such good communication , rapid delivery and fantastic products , we have a comfy durable beanbag we use as a giant footstool and fight over it with our cats who also love it !

Love this beanbag and foot stool. It’s bigger than I expected. So comfortable just to sit and chill on. Great for gaming sessions. Material feels great quality.

The beanbags are great, and the washing bags which allow you to remove the "beans" for washing the bags work really well.

Terrible delivery service, more the courier's fault but it's rucomfy's responsibility to ensure they're using a good courier service considering they're selling large/awkward items.
