When I lost my horse of 16 years unexpectedly I wanted the perfect memorial to put in the garden. I emailed rustic stone and explained what I wanted and they designed something immediately which was then delivered in excellent time and I couldn't be happier with it. The stone is great quality and the engraving is perfect. I am very pleased with this product and the service I received as well as being good for money.

What a great company and quality product. The piece of slate they chose was beautiful and my design was perfectly executed. I really liked the chance to add my own graphic and review a realistic mock up on the actual piece of stone. The sign was easy to hang and now has pride of place on my fence. Having found Rustic Stone on Ebay we proceeded to order our pet memorial. It could not have been easier and the service we received from Jeremy was excellent, as was the product when it arrived after about a week. Having found Rustic Stones website we found we could create our own mock ups, so if need be we would visit their website. Great service, great product!

Got a stone engraved for my mother on her 60th birthday. Dealing with the company was a breeze (even during the floods of 2013. The product arrived in perfect condition and now proudly sits in my mothers garden. With age it will look even better than it already does.

Rustic stone did exactly what it said it would, it provided us with a stone of our choice with the wording that we wanted and it was delivered to us without any problems. A rare occurrence these days. Also the final product was of a very high quality, the stone itself was special and the engraving was perfect.

I ordered memorial plaque for my late grandfathers first anniversary and due to not being able to find any companies that could provide what I was looking for I was a bit short on time for getting it delivered. I then came across rustic stone and was able to design exactly what I was looking for I e-mailed explaining it was my grandfathers anniversary and was looking for it a bit sooner. The communication was second to none and I was so pleased to have received my order right on time, the quality of the plaque was first class it looks brilliant and well worth the money. When our old cat died we felt we should have a memorial for him in the garden. After much research we came across this company and called them. From then on it was easy and Jeremy was helpful and understanding and a slate memorial , similar to the one he made for his own cat , Oliver , was chosen. We are delighted with it and it looks well in the garden and is a fitting memorial to our cat Socks who was 21. Now waiting for our daughter to see it as Socks was originally her cat and we looked after him in his old age. He will never be forgotten. Jennifer.
