NO STARS! – Shocking Customer Service

Very disappointing experience. I received a product that was already out of date, yet despite repeatedly explaining that I should not have to pay or be inconvenienced to return a faulty item, I keep receiving the exact same generic response: "Return it and we'll refund you."

There has been no attempt to address my actual concern or provide a prepaid return. Responses are slow, repetitive, and clearly copy-and-paste rather than dealing with the issue I've raised.

A retailer should take responsibility when they send out an expired product, not expect the customer to bear the cost or inconvenience of putting their mistake right. Poor communication and even poorer customer service.

I bought Clairmen Lightening Lotion For Men from this website, but it's fake; it doesn't look like the image. I wasn't able to return it, and they are telling me to pay the return fee. How do I return a fake product? The lotion does not match the image, which is very misleading. I want my refund back
