Safefoam made up a set of replacement cushions (in Dove Grey fabric) for my Ercol 203 chair and the results are way beyond what I could have hoped for. What a beautiful, well made pair of cushions I have received! I found the whole experience from my initial enquiry to receiving the cushions to be brilliant. Communications from the Safefoam team were clear and precise and the whole process from start to finish was quick too. Thanks Safefoam!

My dealings with Safefoam from first contact to final placement of order was informative, helpful and friendly. They supplied material samples by return when requested and always in the colour spectrum asked for. They answered all my questions and queries in a clear manner. Time frame from order to delivery was just over one week which was impressive. My seat cushions are lovely and we are very satisfied with our purchase. I previously bought a set of cushions for my Ercol studio couch and have been really impressed with the quality and service. It’s so nice to be able to speak to such helpful people, especially Joe. I’ve since ordered a replacement foam for another studio couch seat cover by sending the original cover back to Safefoam who within 24 hours of receiving it had filled it with replacement foam and returned it to me! Amazing service. Highly recommended.

We recently purchased cushions for an Ercol three piece suite and had them delivered to a postal depot in Northern Ireland. The process was seamless and efficient. We are delighted with the quality of the covering and the generous depth to the cushions. The teal colour that we chose looks great against the dark wood. Safe foam made beautiful cushions for our much-loved Ercol 442 which arrived this week. Great service and quick turnaround (about 2 weeks). They are perfect. The cushions we bought it with originally several years ago were too thin and the fabric poor quality. Theirs are so comfortable and stylish - the fabric is really high quality - so now it looks exactly as it should. Plus thanks to the clever fold at the back, they no longer slip off when you sit on it.
We're looking forwards to enjoying it for many more years to come.

After initial enquiry regarding model of chair and how to source webbing, I had service second to none. The seat cushion is SO well made; quality is excellent. I'd recommend this company. Staff are so very helpful. To top it off from ordering the fabric, the cushion was made and delivered within the week.

. On reviews,I seldom do more than tick the stars to comment of service. This time the company deserves it operation to be made known to others looking for quality seat /pew cushions.
Buying long foam filled cushions for pews is expensive. Having spent some time looking at various suppliers there are some huge price differences and varying web sites that lure one by quoting low initial prices but then have numerous add-ons.
I chose Safefoam because the company seemed to offer 'up front' prices with no hidden costs and they were highly competitive and claimed -correctly - that most churches use them for pew seat cushions .
Having called the company to discuss the seat foam density of their three types of foam, they immediately sent a sample -- not a few square cm's-but three single cushion sized samples that allowed one to sit on the foam and understand the differences in the densities and prices.
I asked them to suggest the best material colour to match/tone with the chapel carpet J-peg I sent, and swatches arrived with the foam within two days .
The sales team were exceptionally helpful and with a tight deadline, they turned round my pew cushions in under 6 days. An outstanding service all round .The former Methodist chapel is now our private venue where invited guests hold talks etc. followed often by a full 3 or 4 course dinner service in our adjacent Methodist hall which now has a fully fitted kitted and dining room .
I seriously commend safe foam as a good honest company and I would recommend to all. Absolutely delighted with(a) the product quality, (b)their highly competitive pricing and (c) their delivery time. Not often does one hit the jackpot on all three of these criteria .
