I was very impressed by the service I received from Safe Options and will not hesitate to contact them in the future. The Orders were dispatched straight away and I received them the following day

Out of stock when I ordered but was offered another similar one by email for the same price. However I stuck with my original order and was kept informed of it's progress and was upgraded to a next day delivery for free when it came back in stock. Delivery was on time and the delivery man was very helpful in carrying, all five and a half stone of it, round to the back of the house for me. I have recommended the company to a few of my friends who are also considering buying fire safes after a recent fire in the village completely destroyed two houses and their contents!!!!

Despite not having the original safe that I ordered an alternative was sent immediately. Very happy customer.

However 5 did not work, including 1 of each of 3 pairs, they were different
I emailed re issue and within 48 hours new working replacement were with me

So bad situation recovered well
