1 star – and that feels generous based on my experience.
In my opinion, the standard of care and environment falls well below what I would expect for a care home. During my visits, I observed residents spending long periods sitting in front of the television with very little interaction or meaningful activity.
The overall condition of the home did not reflect the impression given on their website, which I found disappointing and misleading compared to what I personally saw.
I was also concerned by occasions where staff appeared to be focused on their phones rather than engaging with residents.
This was upsetting to witness, as residents deserve dignity, attention, and proper care. Based on my experience, I would not feel confident recommending this home to others.
