Horrific to deal with.. applied for a track and trace payment 5 weeks ago and they are repeatedly asking me for the same things .. they take the mick !! Can not give me a time when I will get the money just dragging it out for weeks on end!!

Absolutely disgusting people . I have several videos of evidence that Sharon O’Toole social worker is a nasty vindictive person and her conduct was disgusting yet her manager Rebecca Mills has just swept her behaviour under the carpet even though Sharon O’toole is currently under POILCE INVESTIGATION.
They breeched my data protection aswell by discussing my business with someone who has nothing to do with my children legally and are now trying to cover up their behaviour . Please be very careful if you ever have the misfortune of having to deal with these people . They are liars are corrupt . RECORD EVERYTHING. Even if they do not consent you are legally allowed for your own protection . If your case ever goes to child protection RECORD the meeting too. They will tell you that you can’t and will try to take your rights away but you can legally record .

Instead of complaining vote against labour then they may listen

Tried to contact Salford council about the absolute disgrace that is Peel Park. There is more litter than grass.
Everything has been vandalised... So I thought I’d play football with my children but they can’t even manage to cut the grass...
please don’t take your children there....
No one at the council could be bother replying to my concerns...
The Local MPs for this area live close to Parrfold park where the conditions are totally different...
They do not care.

On the Salford Council website there is a whole page dedicated to ASB & what actions they would take if reported to them .

In actuality, it is a total opposite to what they really do when they are presented with such a case.

I have been ( & currently ) a victim of severe racial hatred & harassment for 4 years ( I have lived there for 9 years) by the neighbours of 150 stowell street, Salford. This tenant is also managed by Salix homes whom has been disgracefully deliberately neglectful throughout. I have been physically attacked, stalked (daily ), subjected to racial slurrs, had derogatory words & monkey noises shouted at me from the perpetrators window (daily) . I recently had my vehicle vandalised twice ( captured on camera) & have been threathened by the perpetrator & her son. She has gone to such lengths as to involve other white neighbours in her sordid schemes.

The woman appears to have a severe unstable mental issue & is constantly protected by SALIX homes. The GMP has been ridiculously unhelpful throughout & have been more inclined to be seen to be doing something ,but not doing anything at all. They have failed to attend when a series of incidents were reported to them, but quick to turn up at my door in their huge black out windowed van when a white boy who harassed me( which is a friend of 150) & i spoke up. A day later i recieved a threathening letter from Scott Hardman who had only been in the role for 2mins. He would also later falsely accuse me of ASB.

When i reported prior incidents ( over 2 yrs ago ) to Salix,i was threathened,belittled & blackmailed into keeping silent about the racial hatred i was receiving. I was even accused by Drew Smith ( Housing officier) of causing the racial hatred to happen to me because i followed & filmed one of the gang whilst asking why she felt the need to racially abuse me ) . Disappointed with the way the staffs had handled my complaints, i went through the complaints procedure. Prior to this, i requested a meeting with Warren Cordan -Director of Communities .

A meeting was set up which was also attended by an "acting" legal representative . When i tried to present my evidences ( video recordings, voice recordings ) Warren refused to view them. He asked why i had chosen to call for the meeting & why i was presenting the video clips to him . His final words were " You know where we stand. I have no intentions of doing anything about it.

The " acting " legal rep also went onto point out that she knows the perpetrator personally. I was then blackmailed to not record further videos by Warren,which I declined & explained given the incidences that has been accurring spanning over a number of years & the mental stability of the perparator, i will continue to record- & continued to do so. I was the WRONG one to bully!

Since that meeting, a catalogue of incidents have continued to happen. I called & spoke with Neil Smith -Regulatory Service Officer who was very hot under the collar because i refuse to present him with ALL of the video evidence (as they were reserved so that i can look to pursue it higher). However i presented him with one which featured the neighbour harassing me & being called a " Black B" & a witness who told me that her twin daughters had also been harassed by the same girl. She went onto explain that she has a restraining order against them as Salix failed to do anything. I asked her if she was happy to be on camera - which she was & presented me with her full name & address. Neil trivalised it . His response only confirmed to me that his priority was to protect Salix's neck & not to ensure that zero tolerance was strictly implimented when it come to racial hatred given the catalogue of incidents reported.

2 yrs down the line the harassments, stalking is still present & more intense. I decided to contact someone else from the ASB team in Salford and spoke to a lady . She asked if i would forward the correspondances i had with Neil .Within 24 hours i was told that Salix is dealing with it & because of this they cannot intervene. I since also learned that two of neighbours of colour has been experiencing racial incited harassment from the same woman & Salix have dealt with it in the same way they have done to me.

Salix has done absolutely nothing from the very beginning & have indirectly instigated the barrage of harassments i am currently recieving. And yet they claim to be dealing with it?. This is simply their way of saying they refuse to deal with it.

Salix & the GMP is solely responsible for the catalogue of actions made by the perpetrator -from the moment i reported it to them. They failed on every level to put a permanent stop to it .Given, as Salford overseas Salix, it should be their duty to put chaos to order & not allow Salix to continue neglecting their contractual obligation & continue to be an instigator of this barbaric crime.

They are not worth any stars. The council tax department are the worst I’ve ever dealt with. Useless answering phones, useless answering emails.
Ive been fighting for the single person discount since January 2020
They allowed it on two previous properties but adamant I’m not entitled now??
I am a 72 year old and living in lockdown alone which is causing me mental issues and could do without all this aggravation

As a previous supplier of this crap council, they are in breach of government guidelines for payment of invoices, so much so that they made me go out of business. They are so thick and uneducated in that organisation, typical labour council.

I can't get a poll tax bill. I moved and I completed the paperwork. No response. I have tried to phone but the lines are always too busy and it cuts you off. I complained officially and was told someone would come back to me. Still waiting. So I have complained again. Still no resolution to the bill. I have been trying since late May. Maybe they don't want my money!

Can I just say that I never knew, until we got a fixed penalty notice, that in Manchester, UK the bus lanes run 24/7 and so driving on a quiet Saturday at 11:37 AM can get you a ticket? Who knew. I argued the point with the traffic department only to find out that IF there are no hours or days listed on the bus lane, it is constantly enforceable. I've paid the £30 fine and will now avoid going to Manchester. It seems a bit naughty of the council really because, as someone who does not live in the area, I would have thought it was enough trying to navigate the crazy amount of road works throughout the city without getting penalized for toodling down a quiet road on a Saturday morning and going into a bus lane. Just a little FYI.

I only gave them 1 star because I couldn't give them no stars.

Useless approach to its customers (Taxpayers).
I got a letter re: refuse collections. In the letter it says please call 0161 793 2500 in you need further help.

So I did, twice, and they cut me off twice, after making me hold for over 1 hour.

So then I thought ok I'll send them an email, And five days later no reply. So they don't answer the phone and they don't reply to email.

great 1 star, could do better..
