Emperor trolley, feels strong and sturdy once built and welonda drainpipe is genuine.
I appreciate and I am very happy with your resolution. Your team were let down by the dhl courier service that you use.
27th Aug spoke with someone at salon supplies; although I waited all day for that phone call to solve the problem. I guess I will be getting a refund with no problems tomorrow 28th Aug even though I said today. The back and forth is just exhausting now. Absolutely no communication with dhl just a message saying they are running late since Monday 24th. They did not come to the address on Monday, a blatant lie! All other deliveries from other companies have arrived with no problems.
Delivery still has not arrived after 3 delivery time notification from Monday.Hopefully I can get my refund tomorrow AM. DHL obviously do not want to deliver to me because I am in London apparently. This was a test run small purchase 1 drain pipe and a salon trolley. My worst online purchase ever; very disruptive to my business.

We’ve checked the tracking and can see that DHL made an initial delivery attempt on Monday but unfortunately weren’t able to gain access to the delivery address. The parcel was then due back out for delivery on Wednesday, however we can see that this delivery did not take place and, more concerningly, there has been no further update from DHL.
We completely understand your frustration, particularly after receiving several delivery notifications and making arrangements to receive the parcel. We’ll be contacting DHL directly to find out what has happened and to help get this resolved for you as quickly as possible.
We’re very sorry that your first order with us has been affected in this way.

Rubbish Services! Don’t buy Items from them. Faulty barber Chair refused to return it in less than 5 days, we spent over a £1200, and a guy from external came to check and he said yes it is faulty. Customers have the right to return or exchange a faulty item within 30 days. Refer them to the fair trade people if they refused to change or retrieve the item

We are sorry that you are dissatisfied, but we would like to clarify that we have not refused to investigate or resolve the issue with your chair.
After reviewing the videos provided, we arranged for the director of the chair’s manufacturing company to visit your premises personally. The purpose of this appointment was to inspect the chair, demonstrate its correct operation if required and rectify any confirmed fault on site.
Unfortunately, nobody was available at the premises at the agreed appointment time, so the inspection could not take place. A further appointment has now been arranged for a mutually agreed future date.
We are not connected to the separate individual described in your review as an “external” person, and any comments they may have made were not made on behalf of Salon Supplies or the manufacturer.
We remain committed to resolving the matter and will be able to determine the appropriate next steps once the manufacturer has been given the opportunity to inspect the chair at the rearranged appointment.

Really disappointing and getting worse
The amount of times I had to phone about this order is ridiculous due to the fact that you have changed the courier company to probably the worst one out there next to Evri!! whoever decided to take the business away from DPD to save a few quid need sacking! Give the customer a choice because I for one would definitely pay for my delivery if I could use DPD rather than the shit show you now insist on using

Received less product than advertised – poor handling of dispute
I had a very frustrating experience with this company across multiple orders.
On two separate occasions, I ordered shampoo listed as 300ml, but received products in different packaging containing only 250ml, meaning I received less product than advertised. This was not just a minor variation, but a clear mismatch between what was listed on the website and what was actually delivered. Despite this happening more than once, the issue was never properly followed up or resolved by the merchant.
In my most recent order, I again received incorrect items. I waited for the issue to be resolved, but after no action from the company, I was forced to use one of the items and return the other.
To be fair, I clearly offered to pay for the used item, and the company explicitly confirmed in writing that I could keep it free of charge due to the inconvenience. However, despite this agreement, they later challenged the refund through my credit card provider, attempting to recover the full amount.
What’s most disappointing is the contrast in behaviour:
When they made repeated mistakes (wrong items, incorrect packaging, and lower product volume), there was no proper follow-up
But as soon as I raised a dispute, they became very proactive in trying to get their money back
This experience raises serious concerns about:
Product accuracy (receiving items different from what is advertised)
Transparency in packaging and product specifications
Customer service reliability
Consistency between what is promised and what is actually done
I would strongly recommend others to double-check their orders and be cautious when dealing with returns or issues.

We're so sorry that you had a negative experience with us.
As mentioned, it was old packaging of the products you received.
Unfortunately instead of asking for a refund or replacement, it looks like you raised a dispute against the transaction with your bank. Which, as you had the goods at that time, we had to challenge.
Again, to clarify - this was not a refund you received and we took away, but a dispute you raised and we challenged. It is standard practice for a merchent to show the proof of the transaction their end. This is not the same as a refund.
After a dispute is raised, a refund cannot be made so all that can be done is to wait for the dispute to run its course.

MY HONEST FEELINGS ON THIS COMPANY.
So i ordered a colour and put it on. It was completely not the colour advertised in the photo. This company will always be in the right, so trying to explain your issues is futile. The photo portraying the colour was completely not the colour in the tube.
AND MY ANSWER TO THEIR REPLY - I AM A HAIRDRESSER AND I WILL STICK TO MY OWN SUPPLIER IN FUTURE!!! THANK YOU FOR YOU ' PROFESSIONAL NONE SARCASTIC RESPONSE. I SENT YOU ENOUGH PHOTO EVIDENCE TO YOU THAT THE COLOUR VIA THE PHOTO WAS INCORRECT. YOU SELL IT AND YOU ADVERTISE IT SO YOU TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE MISLEADING IMAGERY. AND FOR A COMPANY YOU NEED TO BE LESS SELF-RIGHTEOUS. ALSO TELLING ME TO TAKE DOWN THE REVIEW WHEN THIS IS HOW I FEEL IS JUST NOT OK.

Hello there,
I've looked into your order and as we mentioned in our email to you, you received exactly the shade you ordered. The two names of the product were just the 'creative name' and the 'technical shade name' of the same colour (the one that you ordered) - you can check this yourself on the official brand's website.
The imagery you saw was from Wella itself so you would be better to aim your feedback with them rather than us - please let us know if you would like the number of their technical helpline and we can point you in their direction. But generally, as screens can show image swatches very differently, it's better go off of the colour's technical name and number (which a professional hairdresser would always do).
As you would have confirmed you were a professional upon placing the order on our website, I'm sure you would already know that you purchased a colour for a level 6 hair (11 being for lightest hair and 1 being the darkest hair) so the violet is designed to appear on that hair depth (and so is quite strong).
The effect on your blonde hair (which is likely not level 6) is exactly the result I would have expected.
As we sent you the correct product, and there were no issues with us providing you the items you purchased, we expect you to remove this review.
