If you're looking for a place to store your items, I can't recommend San Diego Self Storage enough. The manager and staff are so nice, helpful, and go above and beyond to make sure you feel welcomed. Zoey and Marie were both life savers regarding a missed communication and I can say that without them, we would not have been able to have our things stored safely. The facility is clean, the area is secure, and I can't speak highly enough of the staff. Thank you again Zoey and Marie!

5 Star Service! Don't waste your time going to other storage facilities all units are ground level here so you won't be charge more for that or being close to an elevator or less to trudge up to the 3rd floor. This place has large carts (that are not locked up) to move your items in and out with ease. It is not a corporate storage facility that only cares about numbers, they actually care about people : ) I highly recommend them simply because they are the BEST! and they charge fair prices. Excellent!

Eric was very knowledgeable and helpful which made the entire process, from my initial phone inquiry, to choosing the right storage unit to serve my needs, to processing the necessary paperwork and getting my things into storage. I had a few questions about auto-pay and Christina was so helpful and friendly relaying my questions to Eric who resolved my concerns with understanding and care. I highly recommend this team and self storage facility.

Wow! This place is great! It's just down the street from our new home and makes for easy access. The reservation system online to pick a storage unit was simple and easy. All you need to do is show up and they will unlock your unit and you can move in! The units are easy to access and appear well maintained. The price also works for us as we picked the deal pay 2 months, get 2 months free. The prices are also lower than our current storage and we plan to move all our stuff here instead. Highly recommend Silverhawk Self Storage!

Very convenient to get a storage space. prices are reasonable , month to month and the staff is very helpful.

First and foremost... This business is doing COVID PRECAUTIONS EXACTLY RIGHT!! They are model citizens!! Only one customer is allowed in the Poway office at a time, the restroom is absolutely spotless and they have a long table separating the staff from customer in the office. Every employee is wearing a mask all the time and keeping 6 feet of separation when touring the facility. Not only was the office area spotless but the entire storage facility was clean... the dumpster area, the storage area for carts and dustpan and broom and every inch of the hallways and staircases.

Our need for storage was precipitated by a cross country move of a second home. The set up of this storage facility allowed enough room for the very large moving truck and our uhaul to park near the door into the hall of the location of our storage unit. We offloaded some items to bring some to our home and the rest was loaded directly into the storage unit by the movers. We rented a 10x 20 size unit for the contents of a 2 BR townhome. Everything fit perfectly.

Every person we interacted with was genuinely helpful and made sure any questions we may have had were answered and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. They gave direct and undivided attention to help us find the right size unit for our needs. I don’t normally take the time to write reviews but because of the stellar customer service and impeccable cleanliness of the facility I wanted to share my opinion. I would not hesitate to refer this business to friends and family. Although this is one of many locations in San Diego, it feels like a locally owned small family owned and operated business.
