Do not trust them if they say an offer has been accepted. They will just drag you along and let you waste your time and money!

The WORST estate agency I have ever dealt with. Riz confirmed that the sellers have accepted our offer for a property but slyly continued viewings and accepted a different offer without notifying us. We had already instructed and paid for our solicitors to start working on the purchase and are now left out of pocket and wasted time which we could've spent looking for another property. Not professional at all - they didn't even notify me until I kept calling for an update on my purchase. PLEASE DON'T TRUST THEM

After moving abroad, I rented my property for five years, and during all these years Sandra Davidson Estate Agents were my letting agents. I could not have found better agents to let my property. The service I received from them was of the highest standard. They found the best tenants to rent my property, managed the property extremely well, were prompt in all communications, and ensured that my property was well looked after whilst it was rented.

Sandra Davidson Estate Agents again helped me sell the same property (the property was only sold last week) in a record time. The whole process of the property sale was so smooth, all due to the very high standards of professional help and advice I received from my estate agents.

I especially want to thank Monty who has always been extremely helpful in all matters of letting and sale of the property.

I would recommend Sandra Davidson Estate Agents to anyone who is looking to rent or sell their property.

Whilst our purchase was slow moving at times due to solicitors, Sandra Davidson remained professional and very helpful throughout constantly keeping us updated and chasing on our behalf. Would recommend their team.

We have sold our house and bought the new one through Sandra Davidson. Both experiences have been great. I wouldn’t have gone to view the one we bought if Rizwan hadn’t insisted as he knew it was exactly what I was looking for. Zayed, Ali, Rizwan and Lesley have been brilliant from start to finish! I would definitely recommend.

I found Sandra Davidson to be very professional and efficient in helping us to sell our home and buy a new one. They were courteous and helpful throughout and went the extra mile to ensure that our chained transaction went through. I genuinely never thought I will be writing a review about an estate agent but I am super impressed with the level of service received from this estate agent. Firstly I would like to say a huge thank you to John who is an extremely pleasant man, he was always reassuring and was very accomodating. He would always make himself avaliable to show us the property. I would also like to thank Lesley who kindly helped us push this sale through even though it took us a while. She was very patient and understanding.
Overall I would like to thank the whole team for our lovely house. Once the house is complete you are all welcome for a cuppa round our house 😉
P.s. thank you for the mugs with a pic of our house on it...received a couple of days ago!

Our property was on the market for a long time, due to it being an old house that had not been modernised.
Sandra Davidson were so good, they marketed it so that a lot of people to view the property, and kept us informed of progress the whole way through.
They also have an online feature that allows you to see who has viewed the house; comments they have made and whether offers were made or not. We found this really useful because we were able to get an idea of why our property was not selling as fast as it could have done.
The staff themselves were always lovely - so polite, helpful and respectful. We as a family will always remember how kind they were to our dad when he suffered an accident outside their premises years beforehand, not hesitating to rush out and help. We will always be grateful. Their handling of his property during our bereavement was second to none. Thank you.

Never thought I would be writing a Five Star review for an Estate Agent! However Sandra Davidson certainly deserve theirs . We looked initially at 3 Estate Agents to sell my mother in laws house and chose Sandra Davidson because Nitan assessed our needs precisely and with his local knowledge pitched the sale perfectly. Viewings started the next day and a buyer was chosen. Hiccups occurred, as in all house sales, but Leslie kept us fully informed and advised throughout. All in all very pleased. They also recommended an excellent solicitor.

Sandra Davidson helped us through a very protracted sale process made more difficult by the pandemic and associated restrictions. Maheen was very obliging with every request and Lesley's efficient and helpful nature stood out. Many thanks to all.
