I experienced a leak from our en suite macerator unit into the kitchen below , and sent an email to Olivia at Saniflow Specialists on Friday afternoon .I received her reply within 20 minutes offering an engineer attendance on Monday morning. He messaged me on Sunday evening giving a 2 hour timeslot from 09.00 on Monday morning, and sent a further update 1hour before his arrival at 09.00 .The repair and service were completed and left clean and tidy by 09.45 .Many thanks for excellent customer service, and a brilliant job .

Very impressed with saniflo specialists, I rang wed morning, answer phone, but within minutes I had a text from Olivia saying on the phone and if I'd like to leave details she'll get back to me, I did, 2min another text with details of procedure and price and do I want to proceed. Yes, engineer booked for the next day. Thursday Ethan turned up with a friendly persona and got on with stripping the unit, explaining and showing me as he went along the issue and the choices we had. The unit was 26yrs old !! So we'd had a good run with it. Therefore decided rather than replace new part with old and risking the rest failing we'd have a new unit, bonus also he could fit it there and then. It was lovely to deal with such an organised and efficient company. Thank you

Very pleased with the professional service from start to finish. Kept informed with the booking, arrival slot and the step by step guide to fixing the macerator. The man who sorted everything was brilliant - thorough and left everything clean. Highly recommended.

These guys really live up to their expectations Pete and Craig were so nice and so on point with what the problem was and how to fix it, the service alone was so quick and easy and everyone involved walk you through everything. After a previous plumber had incorrectly installed a unit, Jordan came out the same day to fix it and when a replacement was needed, was also able to do this the same day. It was done quickly and he was communicative and helpful throughout

Jordan did a fantastic job today, not only did he replace a very old Saniflo Unit but spotted and repaired a small water leak and replaced the flush valve in the cistern which wasn’t working efficiently. He was pleasant and hard working throughout the visit.

Just had a replacement unit fitted by Jordan. Very efficient, neat and tidy worker, only took a short time to fit, took time to explain all necessary information. Would highly recommend. Good company and Jordan is an excellent ambassador for them.

Craig arrived on time and was very knowledgeable he explained everything to me in great detail and answered all my questions would highly recommend.

Our experience with Saniflo Specialists was very disappointing. While we were abroad, a blocked Saniflo at our property required urgent attention. Jordan from the company attended and, after a brief investigation, declared the system completely non-repairable, recommending a full replacement costing over £1,000. Alarmingly, he didn’t reassemble the system to properly test it after removing the blockage. Instead, he insisted there was no point in keeping the old unit and insisted we did not need the old saniflo and wanted to take it with him — without us agreeing on how we wanted to proceed.

Despite this, we were pressured daily by the company for immediate payment for the call out, but we were holding off as we had concerns and wanted to review the situation and report. Upon returning to the property, we discovered that the toilet hadn’t been reassembled, and blue gloves had been carelessly left inside the unit. After removing the remaining blockage and reassembling the system ourselves, the Saniflo worked perfectly.

We contacted Olivia to ask why the engineer deemed the system beyond repair when we managed to fix it ourselves. She said she will speak to the engineer and get back to us — but we’ve heard nothing since.

Our experience raises serious concerns about the accuracy of their assessments and the push for unnecessary costly replacements. Caution is advised when dealing with this company.

Jordan was really friendly, efficient, polite, professional and helpful. He explained clearly what was required and reassured us that all would be working again soon. He also advised on the importance of regular services and maintenance.

Can't speak highly enough of the engineer who called today to sort out my Saniflow problem. We'll mannered, friendly, efficient and explained everything he had done.

Exceptional work from you engineer Ethan, was in the house, dealt with the matter sufficiently and went above and beyond to assist and explain what to do in future. Additionally had numerous people for various companies enter the house and do leave a mess, but Ethan kept every clean and tidy and any mess made was rectified there and then. Great work many thanks
