Fantastic service from start to finish … had a few questions about the product I wanted to purchase. Contacted the seller through WhatsApp and they replied in a timely manner. Purchased on Thursday 21st April and received the item today Saturday 23rd April … sooooo happy with it .. thank you so much

I've wanted a PS5 for ages now and Sant solutions made it happen for me! Yes, I spent more than the Retail price for one as so desperate and know the waiting lists are long. Anyway, the company is legitimate and reliable and were great at getting back to any queries of mine before and after purchase. They even delivered in time for my birthday. Waiting a bit longer than usual for delivery is a small price to pay compared to the wait.

Even after reading all the reviews I didn’t want to believe in this company but I’m glad I did. The customer service was top notch and I was able to get my PS5 within a week. Cannot fault them, I’d happily buy from them again.

I had been stung beforehand, trying to get a PS5, and therefore weary of fraudulent claims. I did my research and found SS and ordered my new PS5 with extra controller. Was given a 7-10 working day delivery. Recieved a dispatch email 8 days in and recieved my new PS5 and controller bang on day 10.

Very quick and efficient. Ordered an XBoxX for my son. Called up once and spoke to Ralph who was really helpful and told us when we could expect it. True to his word the console came within two days. Brand new, perfect working condition. Wouldn’t hesitate to use Sant Solutions again or to recommend them.

Recommend this website very much. Wasn’t sure at first but I’m glad I went for it. I ordered a ps5 and it came just like they said packed and all brand new. Customer service was amazing as well. 100% recommend.

I hadn’t heard of Sant Solutions before. I ordered my son a PS5 digital console but he wanted the disc version. I was worried that I wouldn’t be able to upgrade to the disc version but Sant were excellent and changed the consoles within a couple of days. Very friendly and responsive customer service. I would definitely use them again :)

I ordered a PS5 which was stated to be in stock on their website and would be dispatched in 3-5 days however it was never dispatched. After contacting them to find out what was going on they didn't respond so I contacted them again, they responded saying the order will be dispatched the following week. Again it wasn't dispatched. I requested that they cancel the order and return my money. They ignored my email.

I'm over £600 down, no PS5 and nobody responds to my emails. Based on my experience and in my opinion this company is at best misleading, potentially a total fraud.

Update: a refund was issued but not until after I enacted a chargeback via the credit card company

Couldn't find the xbox x series anywhere, until I came across ss, they some how had 4 in stock, I'd not heard of the company but was desperate for the console and everywhere else didn't know when they would be in stock, so I took the chance and I'm so happy to say item recieved, brand new in box. They were brilliant with me from start to finish and really nice to. Thank you so much santsolutions 😁👍
