Very efficient and helpful and you can easily just ring or WhatsApp customer services, product arrived safely great business all round, would use again.

Judging from the review which have been verified I would avoid buying a ps5 from this company down to the fact they do not have a good communication system with their costumers and a unprofessional approach. I Cancelled my order due to the fact they failed to even send me a confirmation email after multiple times of asking and lost my trust after reading verified reviews. In the end I received my full refund very quick but that after saying I would forward this to the credit card company if the refund wasn’t issued. If you want a ps5 use a reliable buyer like game or Argos etc….

Been 2 weeks since i ordered a PS5, communication wasn’t the best but i got my order in the end, company sent a bundle version as an apology which i cant complain with.

Excellent service!!! Ps5 arrive very quickly. Superb.

I am still awaiting a refund 2 weeks later and have not received a confirmation of a refund despite cancelling my order.

Edit:
I finally received my refund after raising a dispute with Clearpay which was accepted as genuine and I have proof of same.
I have had repeated phone calls and emails from SantSolutions telling me to remove this genuine comment.

Was a bit apprehensive ordering a large payment item from a website I’d never heard of. However, the PS5 has arrived, perfectly legit and sealed and took approximately 2weeks. Really happy I took the chance with this website and will have an extra happy birthday boy this year! Would definitely recommend and will be purchasing here again.

Ps5 ordered in June still not received
Payments made buy there finance team.

Once’s complete was raised received item within a couple of days.

Ordered a printer on 27 th June not yet received the item have emailed 3 times with no reply. Seems like a con

I must say I placed an order for ps5 which arrived as advised by the company.
I did get worried and contacted them a couple of times where I can tell their customer service was excellent and I was reassured that I would be receiving my goods.
I was explained about my concerns that I had and was told its a small business which is building up.
There's a whatsaap number where I could ask questions and they were answered also there's a website where telephone contact is and you can call someone and speak to them.
I would give this company 5 out 5 as its difficult to get hold of a ps5 from bigger companies like argos and other places but I was so glad these lot had not one but a few.
The smile on my sons face was priceless when he opened it.

Can't thank these guys enough. I was really worried about ordering a ps5 as I couldn't get one anywhere. I took a chance and ordered and the service was 1st class. I kept ringing and emailing to check my order and they were really pleasant and give me updates on my order. I received it today on a Saturday after they dispatched it last night. Only waited a week in all. Will deffo use again and would recommend in a heart beat. Thanks so much

Ordered ps5 , delivered brand new within 10 days, always on hand to answer questions via email or WhatsApp, great service all round .

Amazing service, took a little longer to get here with ID problems but they were helpful throughout the process and replied to questions on WhatsApp, genuine product and would definitely recommend them.

I wouldn't really recommend purchasing a ps5 from this retailer, i ordered what was meant to be a brand new one, i got told that it would arrive in 3 to 5 day, after this time I got in contact with them a few times to be told it will be with me in a few day, I contacted them for the last time to then find out they never even shipped it in the first place, they tried to fob me off with another delivery date but then chose to hand deliver a second hand one instead, when they arrived at my property they told me that it was only the box was damaged and it was a new machine, I opened the box and the stand was missing and it looked like it was repackaged, be aware that if it says you are ordering something new you are in fact getting second hand.

I ordered the ps5 on the morning around 9 am,after a little chat with the admin with full explanation of the procedures,of course was worry due the huge ammount and the not-yet-full know website
I received the item exactly within the planned time on the website

Brilliant service , was a bit worried that we would get my sons present in time for his birthday , but no concerns ordered Fri eve , delivered the following week . I asked a question on what’s app and got an answer back really quick , really friendly team . Would definitely recommend and use again

Reading the reviews, I was a little bit nervous, I even previously written a bad review. How wrong was I, VERY. Playstation 5 came today, we gave it a little try and now packed away for sons birthday, Ralph you we're amazing at reassuring me and I apologise for the first review :) I know I will have a happy little boy come August and will definitely be purchasing from you again:)
