Do not order from this company have scammed me out of £639 of my hard earned money. Orderd a PlayStation 5 on 20/10/22 was assured would arrive by 30/12/22 as a surprise for my husbands 50th birthday haven't recieved item and no rey to my texts WhatsApp and emails have reported yo trading Standards and my bank investigating but don't hold out any hope of getting money back. So upset as this ruined my husbands birthday 😡

I ordered a Nintendo Switch Grey on 20.11.22. Beggining of December i received at home an XBox. E-mailed them, they called me straight away that was an error etc and rearranged collection straight away next day ( of course, as it was in their favour )

Than lots of e-mail back and forth where my Nintendo will arrive. It came today , 08.12.22, after 3 weeks.. and guess what.. it was a Blue and Red Nintendo! Not a grey one. On their website it shows a Grey Nintendo picture, description. I have e-mail confirming my order.

E-mailed them again and they call me within 2 hours… that the Grey Nintendo is discounted!! This is not my problem!!
You are selling it on your website, so you are deceiving people!!!
My son saw this on the tv a while ago and really wanted the Grey one this Christmas!!
Will not recommend this company!!!

Ordered Item on 26th November, but still no order update on my Xbox Console. Having read reviews I'm now concerned this site is a scam.

UPDATE:
My item has finally got here, although it took longer than 3-7 business days due to Royal Mail Issues.
Be patient, it will arrive.

Months ago they've used to send the packages, 2 ppl I know received theirs PS5.
I have ordered mine on 17th of Oct and after 1 month of waiting I decided to ask for the refund but guess what? No more answer or excuses on Whapp or email. Hope no one else falls in this. I will be calling the Police soon,they should no longer be able to sell online,but what concernes me is why they are still open as a website. Is anyone that correlatesthe reviews to the site??? Or please lmk where I need to report this and I will.✖️❌️✖️⛔️⛔️⛔️

I ordered a product, realised I'd made a mistake and WhatsApp'd them, they replied telling me the order was cancelled and I would receive a refund in 5 days. Great! Or so I thought. The refund has not appeared. They are not answering the telephone, answering DMs, replying to WhatsApp messages or emails. I feel I have been duped and am very upset. Who can afford to lose money these days.

I have bought a PS5 in October for £639 and still has not arrived Ralph said that he will give us a refund but we had to get the bank to do that never buy from this website

Ordered x box series x for my sons birthday on 26th October I'm readiness for the 26th November. Whatsapp to be told it was getting delivered by royal mail a couple of weeks later. Never arrived. After no response from email I tried Whatsapp again to be told they were having issues so I told them I want a refund. Haven't heard anything since so I've raised a dispute with my bank hopefully they will get the money back. I'm reporting them to trading standards they need to be closed down fast!

Never recieved parts kept getting told I would be receiving a refund never came this company is a con do not use them and they should be banned from advertising on the net and everywhere please please avoid

We ordered an Xbox x £399 said 5 to 7 days delivery didn’t arrive after several emails and promise to us , we ask for a refund, Raph said it would be in our account 5 to 7 days , didn’t happen, so we went to the fraud department of our bank , they got the money back for us . I think we are the lucky ones to get our money back, so anyone reading this try and go through your bank it’s called charge back. This company are still selling on Google they are frauds and it’s a massive SCAM

Placed an order on the 8th November for a ninja air fryer. Order on my account still says processing. I asked for a update after a week and they said there was a processing issue and would refund and cancel my order on the basis of it not arriving by that weekend. I've since sent countless emails and messages to the WhatsApp account being left on read.
I've now opened a case against them with my bank to get my money back.
Not only have I been scammed out of nearly £300 but my mum has now been left without a way to cook. She can't bend down to her cooker and is living off microwave meals. Horrendous customer service and lack of duty of care. do not under any circumstances order from this website.

Does anyone know if I can claim this from my bank as fraud ? I paid by debit card. Same story as all the below- the order was placed on October 16th and they keep saying it’s arriving but it’s not arrived yet. What can I do??

Never again will I order from this company I ordered a xbox for my son’s birthday it didn’t arrive when they said it would. After numerous messages and excuses from the company ie hasn’t arrived due to the postal strike, they’re having issues with their payment processor even though they’d received my payment, they’d said it would be posted out by a certain date, we can refund you then take payment again to quicken up my delivery. After numerous messages of ‘where’s my order’ they completely blanked me
so after a month of waiting I cancelled my order and asked for a refund which didn’t arrive when they said it would , so I contacted my credit card company to try to get my money back thankfully this was successful.

If your thinking about ordering anything for Christmas I would think again it’s probably worth paying that little bit extra to ensure you get your goods!

No goods, zero communication so please be warned. Had to contact my bank to raise a dispute and get my money back.

Well this is the first for me and will be the last ! Santsolutions have false promises keep giving me a date for my air fryer to arrive. Purchased the item on the 14th October 2022 and was told it would take 3 - 5 working days ! Complete rubbish Ive also sent to their what’s app number many messages and again false dates when my item will arrive .

Sent emails to their admin email address where again only have answered my email once and the person who replied was Ralph the director ! Director lol .

I really don’t know what kinda business you think your running however I suggest you start have an OZ of integrity !

My Order did not arrive - Almost £300 for a Nintendo Switch before Christmas and 1 month later it still hadnt arrived.

I Emailed and used their Whatsap Service where i was given excuse after excuse with a new estimated date. This happened several times before I requested a refund. Again to be fobbed off with excuses each time my refund had not arrived.

Eventually i threatened to contact Trading Standards and the Police and was told that 'I should be supporting small business and that I am damaging the mental health of the business owner' No mention of my child who'd missed her birthday present. Followed by more excuses about their payment provider not being able to issue refunds.

Finally resolved by contacting my bank's fraud team who investigated and issued a refund.

Please do not buy from this website. Ignore their appealing prices and play safe with a reputable retailer.

Only 1 star as I couldn't do 0. Item not received after 3 weeks - was told I could cancel - no refund - no one answering my emails or whatsapp chats - NO phone number!!!!

I ordered an item that was showing as "in stock". After 3 weeks, many messages over WhatsApp, and lots of promises, the item was still not sent out. I asked to cancel my order, and am now experiencing the same issues getting a refund. No contact from them for several days, despite many assurances my refund was processed over a week ago. The absolute worst customer service I have ever received. I'm now thinking this may just be a scam website! Avoid!

We ordered an airfryer through this company over 6 weeks ago and paid over the odds for it. Kept being told that it is on its way and will be with you next week continuously. Then had a what's app message stating 'Good afternoon, I'm very sorry for all the lack of communication and delay we have been dealing with issues with our payment processor, everything has been sorted now but we are facing the backlog of orders, I will ensure this is resolved on Monday ill be able confirm'. I have emailed and messaged to ask for a refund but there is no response. Unfortunately this company is not transparent with their communication and I am starting to think that we have also been scammed. Please avoid using this company, we gave them the benefit of the doubt but to our own detriment.
