Tony and the team at Sarbkar are fantastic. Customer service is amazing and everyone is so helpful. Tonys years of knowlege is invaluable and his advise is always spot on. They are always on hand to speak to you and talk you through any problems you are experiencing with your car and always deal with the resolution to the problem. I cant thank Tony and his team enough for always giving excellent service.

First time visiting Sarbkar as I had a screw in my tyre which I thought may be able to be plugged.

Called up and was booked in by 11am the same morning.

Tony & Dave both assessed the issue and informed me my tyres were almost at the legal tread limit.

I have a package included with the original car dealer, so both advised to contact the dealership to get these sorted as soon as possible and it wouldn't be worth me paying for my tyre to be plugged as I would need 2 new tyres almost straight away.

Tony and Dave checked over my car and tyre pressure, put air in my tyres and sent me on my way with some valuable information to take to the dealership.

Such a genuine company, with lovely employees. Thank you very much to you both!

My latest mini emergency was requiring a new key to be supplied and reprogrammed. Done with speed, service and professionalism.

I’ve been a Sarbkar customer for over 25 years and they have never let me down. They do a superb job and they look after my Saab throughout the year. If there’s a problem, which is rare, Tony’s on it. So when it comes to MoT time I know I won’t get a nasty surprise. They are simply the best.

Fantastic service and the only garage I would ever take my Saab to. Called Tony on Friday as I had a suspension problem. He booked the car in for the next day, gave me a courtesy car and had the problem fixed by lunchtime. Their service and knowledge is outstanding.

Tony and his team are extremely attentive and helpful and friendly and they dealt with my Saab car issues efficiently and effectively. Fantastic! This company does more than it says on the tin. Nothing is too much trouble. I had a big job done just before Christmas and was kept informed all along the way including progress images and explanations and, after I had collected my car and after a couple of days, I received a text asking if all was well. Never had that before. Pity there are only 5 stars to rate them.

Rang about a service for my Mercedes. Tony explained in detail which was the best option for my circumstances. No pressure and excellent knowledge. Highly recommend.

The best customer service I've ever experienced from a garage. I was on the verge of selling/scrapping my old Saab convertible after struggling to find a garage interested in carrying out the necessary repairs. A friend recommended Sarbkar and they totally transformed my car making it look and feel brand new and all at a very reasonable price! Sending photos along the way of the work in progress. I've totally fallen back in love with my car and driving thanks to them. I'll never use another garage again and really couldn't recommend them highly enough.

Tony and his team has given me an excellent service (Air conditioning service) ,communication before start of work was very clear and helpful. No doubt about 5 start ratings ,I would highly recommend Sarbkar!

Tony and his team really have gone above and beyond every time I've needed them, they are extremely honest and will always ask for permission to start any work on the car even going so far as to photograph any work they done for proof of completion, they pick up the phone straight away and always do their utmost to get you back out on the road, I couldn't recommend them any more highly.

I had the yearly service done yesterday, aaaah that's better and very shiny too, so thanks fellas who once again embraced excellence, in a C19 safe manner.
