I ordered a Jubliee Rosary Necklace requesting Pope Leo's Blessing.
My order took a bit longer to be completed.
Savelli had to wait to obtain the blessing on the Sunday following my order date.
When the package was delivered, I was beyond happy as the rosary necklace was beautiful and packaged to avoid breakage. Thank you for getting Pope Leo's blessing that makes the rosary even more special.

Not only were the wall crosses and crib medals that I ordered beautiful and blessed by Pope Leo, the customer service was outstanding. Maria addressed my questions in quick order and with kindness and patience! I'm now a Savelli life-long customer!

I ordered a bracelet from Savelli based on the product description, which turned out to be inaccurate (though it's since been corrected). While they do accept returns, the shipping and customs fees made it impractical to send the item back. I also incurred additional exchange rate fees through my bank, which added to the overall cost.

Customer service did respond politely and offered a 15% discount code, but that felt minimal considering I now have an item I won’t ever use. Unfortunately, the experience left me disappointed, and I won’t be purchasing from them again.

While I was on a pilgrimage to Roma. I stopped at your souvenir shop. I was impressed by all the all the beautiful Religious relics, and gift items.

What impressed me the most was the quality, and beauty of your merchandise.

When I return back home to the U.S. I went online and ordered more gifts for my love once. That’s how much I enjoyed the items from Savelli religious store.

Bought a crucifix with chain that has a manufacturing defect tha t rips my clothes.Savelli asked for a picture I sent and they replied that is a design and i have to wear it the way it is carefully. Pure bullshit!
I advise anybody not to buy anything from them any more and report to the authorities.

The communication was extremely professional, accurate and warm – we exchanged about 20 messages that were clear and friendly, clarifying a doubt, as well as a respectful request to wait for a resolution to a matter unrelated to Savelli, as well as an update after receiving a response from the Vatican. It is evident that the team at Savelli not only cherishes the rich tradition of the company dating back to 1898, but also approaches it with great care and respect. Maria Antonia further strengthened the trust with her approach and expertise. Highly recommend Savelli and their team.
