Saxons made a fast and professional sale on our house from start to finish with Tony (the manager), giving us an accurate appraisal of market conditions, followed by Sam & Ryan (sales negotiators) swiftly finding a buyer and Lisa (sales progression) expertly guiding the sale to completion. Highly recommend Saxons if you want a sale where other agents have failed.

After doing some research into good, reliable estate agents in the Weston area, I decided to use Saxon’s. I’m so pleased with the total service that they’ve provided to me in selling my mum’s house, making the whole experience stress free. Saxon’s went over and beyond just being an estate agent, arranged for an EPC to be completed also, and recommending someone to keep the gardens tidy whilst the house sold. Regular updates from the team on how much interest there was in the property, and giving feedback from viewings. The house sold quicker than I anticipated, Saxon’s know the market and the area and suggested a competitive price for the house. Highly recommend Saxon’s and certainly would use them again, great service.

Saxons provided excellent service. Well marketed and we had an offer quite quickly. That fell through but a new offer followed quickly and the sales progression team then did an excellent job chasing down the chain for updates and keeping us well informed throughout. DO NOT USE. This company has completely neglected their statutory responsibility at my property. They have lied to cover their tracks DO NOT USE - STAY AWAY

From start to finish a good experience. Dedicated people. Do trust them with the sale of your property.

Avoid them.
Leaking water roof its not emergency. U will wait 3 months to fix it
100 years garden door not closing when too cold or too hot not emergency. Will bot fix in half year.
No light in toilet. Dont care. Not done in half year.
Reports ignored and end of tenancy it became my fault
Bushes 6 meters high is landlords responsibility but they sent me £1010 bill. Its a joke
U will never get deposit back. They sent 45 pages with 567 photos
