I ordered a printers tray, and when it arrived it was not the one in the sales photo
Although similar in style and size it was in very poor condition, the wood was peeling away and some of the dividers were broken . It is only fit for the bin
Scaramanga have not helped with my complaint, only quoted the sales small print and refused to pay postage to return it.
As it was only£50 I am resigned to losing my money, and I won’t buy from them again

Everywhere I travel, people from various places admire my bags. They are my trusty travel partners. The craftsmanship is excellent, and I have always experienced reliable service.

Super item, excellent communication, delivered on time as promised, perfect from a buyers viewpoint! The bag itself although a second is excellent loved the welcome pack (envelope) nice personal touch and lol the fact the bag came in a bag of it's own! Thank you for a stress free purchase and super item!

The product quality is excellent, its good to find a genuine hide leather retailer. So many outlets sell cheap leather, which is sold as genuine, but doesn't feel natural or last long.

I ordered a personalised large valet tray through Not on the Highstreet and when it arrived it was out of shape and poor quality. Scaramanga refused a refund on the grounds it has been personalised and said that the item description states it might differ from the images on the website. It looks rubbish and I’m too embarrassed to give it as a gift so if you buy anything from Scaramanga be very careful. I’d give 0 stars if I could.

I get so many positive comments on my bags from all over the world...they are my travel companions.
The quality is top notch, and service has never let me down.

Took a gamble by buying online but it has really paid off. I have bought a number of items from scaramanga. Very happy. Customer services also excellent. I have no doubt I will be buying from scaramanga again.

I ordered a beautiful pencil/brush roll which arrived yesterday. Beautifully made from waxed canvas & leather with gold leaf personalised leather label.
Highest quality workmanship & robust, this will be yet another well used & well loved Scaramanga product
to add to the others which I have bought in the last 12 years.

Wonderful customer service. I ordered a laptop bag with standard delivery, but realised I needed it to arrive on Friday before my work trip. I called and spoke to a friendly woman who upgraded the delivery for free. Bag arrived. Excellent bag for my MacBook Pro. One happy customer.

I'm in love with my leather laptop bag. It's not only a stylish accessory but also a practical and durable way to protect my laptop on the go.

Disappointed in the monogrammed leather cable wraps I bought. Leather was awful and cracked and patchy. Embossing could hardly be seen. Spoke to company and told to oil the leather - did this a couple of times but it does not work long term. Not nice quality at all and embarrassing to give this as a gift to someone.

Having bought a couple of lovely vintage chests from Scaramanga in the past, I returned with a very much smaller order. Even so, the attention and assistance I received from customer services was excellent and beyond expectations. The items received were of very good quality.

Having ordered a few items, they arrived promptly in a box that had been decimated by the courier. One of the items was missing and had obviously fallen out of the gaping hole in the box. I took photos and sent an email to Scaramanga and had an immediate response. They contacted the courier and when the missing item could not be located I was offered an alternative item or a full refund on the missing item.
Really great customer service. And really lovely items as well!! Will definitely recommend!

Great service quality products. The little pencil case is perfect for my laptop bag without pens rolling around at the bottom of the bag.
Also bought mini camera bag absolutely perfect as I like to carry light- phone, card wallet and few bits doesn’t get in the way when I’m walking.

Really helpful staff when making online purchase. Super pot, really unusual and perfect for hanging my plant on the wall. Something a bit different. Quick delivery.

I love everything about Scaramanga, with one exception. I bought the 'foraging pouch as a present for a friend. Whereas all other purchases have been great, the pouch is actually really odd, with buttons of no purpose, and also nowhere large enough for foraging purposes. its as though someine had some spare canvass and made something up as they went along! I may ask for my money back as it isnt really fit for purpose. Im so sorry!

Easy transaction however I didn't like the item when it was delivered not that there was any fault with it but it didn't suit my tastes. Return was easy
