What a wonderful customer experience dealing with Scaramanga. As we move into a Post Pandemic world more and more companies are using it as an excuse for poor customer experience. NOT Scaramanga, brilliant from order to receiving the product. The attention to detail is simply impeccable, all the way down to a personal experience with who packed my items. Well done I wish other companies mirrored your business.

The shop is a dreadful mess. It looks okay at the onset but if they stock several of one type of product, then you can’t choose a specific item. I like to know exactly what product I’m buying but in this case, it’s basically a lucky dip. I bought two brick moulds and they were ok, with a bit of a funny touch in that the text at the bottom was matched with a name that appears on my payment. However I would have preferred Indian letters. I also got three chunky wooden photo frames because I was quite desperate for a specific rustic type that’s hard to come by, and basically took a chance without any idea of what I was going to get. All I knew was, they were ‘brown’. The result was ok as they are dark varnished ones, but there are paint marks and features I’m not so keen on. However the real disappointment was the lassi cup. They tell you to indicate which one you want but don’t tell you how. There are no numbers and there are several photos of all the cups they supposedly have in stock so you don’t know which line up they are talking about and how to indicate it. It made me feel really nervous. Since there are several different line ups apparently I chose the wrong one because I didn’t get the cup I asked for (in the comment section I found at check out). I had to go through the hassle of sending them screenshots and returning the cup (and paying for the collection, 30p, well it didn’t break the bank but it was annoying). They reassured me they would send the right cup once they received the return. Go figure when it had finally reached them they told me the correct cup had already been sold - even before I ordered! They didn’t offer an alternative and just refunded me. I know it’s just a lassi cup but I feel really upset by the experience and doubt I’ll buy from them again.

Purchased a small Kadai Fire Bowl, expected dents, rust and repairs as part of it's character, but did not expect holes. The slightest pressure and you could easily push your finger through an area of thin metal where you can actually see through the perforations, not a good idea to have burning embers falling through your Fire Bowl. Scaramanga's solution; they would like me to pay £12 to return the product and a further £12 to send a replacement. I don't think so!

I'm just delighted with this unique box/drawer. I'll be using it as a pencil box on my craft table after I've finished admiring it, opening and peering into the compartments, and wondering about who might have owned it back in history and what they might have stored in it. It came really well packed - usual brilliant service from Scaramanga.

I have recently bought a number of items from scaramanga. The team have been really supportive with any questions and with help around delivery. The vintage garden furniture is fantastic and the indian shelf absolutely stunning. I have no doubt I will be buying from scaramanga again.

Ordered my goods first week of July and still have not heard from the courier re delivery.
I realise that the company is based in Fife but logistics and delivery should not be a problem.
Quite disappointed in the service.

This beautiful African women statue arrived well packaged and quickly. Love it it looks and feels more expensive than it was . Looks unique and fits my African themed living room.

I am highly impressed with the 2 wooden Marwari horse heads I received very quickly from Scaramanga. They were on sale so I got them at a bargain price! I have seen these horse heads in a shop in London at double the cost! We have fixed the heads onto the wall either side of the fireplace and all of our family and friends have remarked on how stylish they look!

Had a problem with my original order when it was not the listed size, but they were great and sorted it out promptly, covering the cost of pick-up and sending a replacement promptly. I bought one of the old wooden chests - it is beautiful.

Just had my latest purchase arrive....a beautiful laptop bag. I ordered it and noted there were two potential colours. I liked the darker one in the photo, but would have settled for the lighter one. Sure enough the darker one came and its beautiful. Enough pockets and spaces for work. Great interior inside. These bags are extremely well made and great value for money

Fantastic delivery as always!! Note to self, I may need to stop going on the site now as the only thing I dont have is a suit bag!! (Please dont tell me you make those!)

Found the website by chance after searching for a product i wanted online. Excellent customer service in relation to buying the product and then fast delivery. The presentation of the items delivered is outstanding, gives it that personal touch. Highly recommend and will buy from again.

Bought a dogs collar for my dog looks lovely but unfortunately it was opening all the time so not really viable. Had to buy a different brand.

I wanted a particular poster (to suit the recipient's interests) and requested this on the order form. I subsequently received a phone call from customer service to confirm this detail. I then received a second call to confirm that colleagues in the supply department had checked to make sure that that particular poster was still available (there was only one of each poster). Good customer service. Poster was just as described, thanks. Delivery was good too.
