Recently purchased a used alloy wheel rim which arrived very quickly and in better condition than described. Will definitely purchase from SCB again.

purchased a steering column from SCB Car Parts, which was advertised as a tested, certified recycled part from a 2010 Audi A5. Unfortunately, after paying to have it professionally installed, the garage found that the clock spring was faulty, causing an ABS fault.
I contacted the seller promptly and provided details of the issue, but received no meaningful assistance. By the time the fault was discovered, the eBay return window had expired because this type of part cannot be fully tested until it has been fitted to the vehicle.
I also obtained a written report from the garage confirming the fault, but the seller still failed to resolve the issue.
I appreciate that faults can occasionally occur with used parts, but what disappointed me most was the lack of customer service and willingness to help resolve the problem. I would have expected a business advertising tested and warranted recycled parts to stand behind its products when presented with evidence of a genuine fault.
Unfortunately, based on my experience, I cannot recommend this seller.

Such a brilliant company my item arrived safely packaged, and looks amazing, I bought it for a project I have in mind, myself and my son are McLaren mad so we’ve got a nice collection of McLaren branded stuff. But this is going to be used as wall art alongside a Number plate & led lighting.

I made a reasonable offer that was accepted, and just two days later, I received my order; it matched the description 100%. I had the wheel checked and refurbished by The Wheel Specialist. Now I have a fantastic wheel that looks just like a brand-new factory original.

Absolutely shocking bunch of liars & dishonest people I’ve ever experienced! Joe was quick enough to take another extra £15 for “next day “ postage from me outside of eBay platform via a bank transfer & several days later order still never arrived . Was told on Friday evening from a member of staff called Chris that it will be refunded but roll on Monday morning & now was told there will be no refund !! Lie after lie . Stay well clear from this lousy company . Complete scammer & liars at the highest level.
