I have been reading all the positive reviews on trust pilot, but at this very moment I have been trying to get a response from Scott’s Jewellers to ask for a refund, but no one is answering or replying to the live chat now 45 minutes nothing. Hopefully this will be resolved soon .

I would highly recommend Scott's jewellers, I ordered the wrong size earrings for my daughter (my fault) after sending an email telling them about my predicament they sent me a speedy email back and sorted it for me in quick time, will definitely be using them again. 5*

Bought my son the belcher chain and bracelet set last christmas and i kid u not it still looks exactly the same as it did when i purchased it.. No tarnish no color change nothing and hes wore it ALOT !! Would highly recommend scotts and am already eyeing up my next purchase 🎄❤️
