New Scuba Diver getting equipped with ease
Easy to find what you are looking for and the prices are reasonable with discounts happening all of the time. Products arrive in a timely manner and are accurate.
Fast and accurate
I had questions and it was great to talk to someone who was able to put hands on the product and confirm the details due to confusion on the pictures. Very happy and will use this site again. I would suggest that gauges go in a box rather than a lightweight bubble bag.
Terrible Warranty/Repair Team
I purchased a pair of Mares X-Stream fins from Scuba.com on sale. After around 70 dives and less than a year later the bungie strap broke. I contacted Mares and they said that I should handle the warranty through Scuba.com. I asked if I needed too send the entire fin or just the strap and they said the strap. I send the strap and the required documentation, A month later, I send Scuba.com an email asking about the status since I had not heard anything and they said that they had not started the warranty process because I did not send the entire fin. They did not bother to inform me that they were doing nothing. It cost me $10 to send them the strap and will cost another $20 to ship the fin and I do not know what the point is since the only thing broken is the strap. Over a month has been wasted. If I had bought this from my local shop, I could have just walked in and they could have told me what was required and I would know that they were working on it. Yes, Scuba.com has sales but you can go to your local dive shop and ask them if they will price match. I will from now on.
Severely damaged goods - stay away!
I spent nearly $700 on dive gear from Scuba.com, including a dive computer, masks, fins, snorkels, and wetsuits intended as gifts.
The order arrived in a severely crushed shipping box that was clearly not sturdy enough for the value and type of products being shipped. Multiple product boxes inside were heavily damaged, including the packaging for the dive computer.
While the items themselves appear functional, the presentation was completely ruined and the packaging used was inadequate to protect several hundred dollars worth of equipment during transit.
After providing photos and contacting customer service, the final resolution offered was a $20 refund.
I understand shipping damage can happen, but I expected significantly better packaging and customer service for an order of this value. Very disappointing experience.

Outstanding Scuba Adventure in Utila, Honduras
I recently had the pleasure of joining a scuba diving trip to Utila, Honduras sponsored by Scuba.com and hosted by Devin and Ian. It exceeded my expectations in every way.
Devin and Ian did an excellent job ensuring that divers of varying experience levels felt comfortable and well supported throughout the week. Their knowledge, enthusiasm, and attention to detail created a relaxed atmosphere that allowed everyone to focus on enjoying the incredible diving.
The accommodations were comfortable and exceptionally convenient, allowing easy access to the dive boat and dining room. Meals were plentiful, varied, and consistently enjoyable, providing a welcome way to relax and socialize after a day in the water.
I highly recommend future Scuba.com group trips and would gladly travel again with Devin and Ian. Their professionalism, commitment to safety, and genuine passion for diving made this a truly outstanding adventure.

Faber HP steel tank wrong valve

Caution do not buy anything that says no exchange and no return.
I bought this tank because it stated in both the overview description and specifications page, that it comes with a DIN/K convertible valve, which they falsely advertised. What they actually shipped was a Yoke valve, I guess to get rid of inventory they had to falsify the specifications. I notified them three time about their error with no response. DO NOT be fooled like me.
